This was a great experience! The staff was incredible! Greeted before we got in the door. Food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. And the staff we friendly and attentive! I would go out of my way to come back here! Absolutely fabulous

I ordered a chicken cashew salad, I waited 20 minutes, wasn't worth the wait. The raves about their salad, over rated. Wasn't that good, barely any protein _chicken which was bland, I had to seaon the salad. Yea and the food is over priced. I probably won't go back. For that price, I can make my own salad

Ordered sandwich without mayo or pickles and the just made it with both. I even reiterated no mayo and no pickles but still sandwich had mayo and pickles.
I order today through doordash and after about an hour I contacted support through the app they claimed the store was running behind and that my dasher was at the store. Okay, I understand it's two days after the holiday and people need fast food let's face it!😂 After another hour I had contacted Doordash again and canceled my order and had my husband, who was afraid to deal with the consequences of the dragon run up to the store. He had explained to the store what had happened with doordash, not expecting anything, but wanted to make sure the order was canceled so they weren't wasting their time. After showing his doordash account culver's did something I truly can't thank enough for.. they gave him a hot meal with no money attached and made sure the order was right even down to the cheese sauce that the girl mentioned as my husband asked (because their cheese sauce is amazeballs) that she had just placed it in the bag. Thank you Culver's for your patience, understanding, and being there for the customer not just the money. Im sorry we didnt get names but your employees are all fabulous and those who helped you know who you are 🫡😉Ps. If you're wondering if the dasher took the meal apparently so.🥺

I ordered my mixer on the app to see how fast it would take to get my desert. I went up to the front and i waited. Mario immediately asked if i needed help. I told him about my order and he immediately took care of it. These types of employees are keepers- self starters and take care of business. This guy can be a future leader.
Shane i see him hardworking, walking around cleaning, being proactive in ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for guests. He took our tray and even offered a to go box. He definitely was ensuring guests didnt need anything additional.
When you take care of your employees they take care of teh guests.
