This is a well Loved, always busy place in the Longwood area. Saying this I've always been able to get my order fast and it's always been perfect. Using the driver thru or eating inside hasn't ever been a problem. Kind friendly staff,clean dining areas with plenty of parking always. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and Mom had the Culver's double cheeseburger without cheese and we were both satisfied. Great experience every time. I'm glad to have Google reviews and to be able to share my experience with others about this nice place to get this version of fast food.

I recently visited this location while Door Dashing so I didn't actually try the food but I'm gonna give a review anyways. The staff were absolutely amazing!! They not only acknowledged me when I walked in and stood to the side (didn't want to block those that didn't get a chance to order yet), they treated me like I was an actual customer. They did have a mishap with the order I was sent to pick up and vocalized it right away to keep full transparency. They then got to making the issue right for the actual customer and offering frozen yogurt to myself for having to wait like barely 2 mins longer. Over the top customer service that was truly appreciated in this day where people forget that kindness is free and a little compassion along with a positive mindset can change the directions of those around us so that we may actually enjoy interactions with the outside world. *Sidenote: I'm someone that would rather have food delivered to limit contact due to the lack of actual customer service and the all around negativity that seems to influence way too many people*

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The aroma, the vibe, the energy — this place does burgers RIGHT. Every bite was a flavor explosion. Juicy, perfectly seasoned patties, soft buns toasted just right, and toppings that tasted fresh and top quality. I ordered their signature burger and added some loaded fries — no regrets!
But what really sets this place apart is the service. Friendly, fast, and truly caring staff who made the whole experience feel personal. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re a burger lover or just hungry for something amazing, this spot is a must-visit. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing to go, you’ll be thinking about that burger long after it’s gone.

The girl with the glasses (didn’t get her name); in the ‘other’ back up flow drive through needs more training in regards to how to treat customers. VERY RUDE & doesn’t know the menu! Thanks to the manager (at the time) as he got my order right. I guess this was in regards to the people on the inside doesn’t know what I ordered but eventually I got my items from the nice manager.
The best hamburgers around .. good fish sandwiches an ice cream but the shakes are too creamy for me , but everything else is delicious someone does not know the difference between a hot fudge sundae and a chocolate sundae, we reordered it three times and they still brought us two hot fudge Sundays every time. We finally said forget it and he ate half of it. I myself prefer hot fudge but I will still give them high scores for the food alone
