Broken glass of water brought out. Originally with no straw. I asked for one and the waiter even refilled the cup after I received the straw and did not notice. Finally I brought it to the waiters attention and he did not seem to think it was an issue because his response that was followed by a slight chuckle was "my bad B, let me get you another one".

I called this particular Denny's location to place a to-go order. The lady who answered asked me to hold for a moment. After holding for 3 minutes, I disconnected the call and attempted calling back several times over a 20-minute time span. The phone line remained "busy", indicating that no one went back to the phone to take my order or check on me. I then went into this Denny's location to place an order in person. There was no one at the counter. There were several workers in the building. I stood, waiting to be recognized for 2 minutes. Not one worker came to assist or even greet me. I walked out, never to return again. I refuse to spend my money where terrible customer service lies.

This place is a joke. The server was very sweet but i waiting30 mins just to get my drink refill. We waited almost an hour

Well, firstly, it is impossible not to notice a layer of dust on the blinds, secondly, sitting down at a table, waiting half an hour for you to be offered coffee, this is too much, upset that the tea is only black?, and of course the waiter we came across was a disaster, we waited 40 minutes before she took the order, plus a displeased facial expression, sorry I don’t remember the name, but as soon as we went ashore at another table in 10 minutes we received the order) maybe we got at the wrong time, but we were also at an earlier time and the waitress was very friendly and everything was fast and tasty. Although the menu and the serving of the dishes really like, you need to work on the staff!

Our waitress was Shawna L he was very polite and courteous she made sure that are coffee cups are always full and that the food was just what we ordered. I highly recommend that you go and visit her

Horrible presentation of online order. Eggs and cheese were not cooked right, hash browns looked old,undercooked bacon. Horrible service and cold food

Is it got to be the worst service I've ever had a Denny's no one even acknowledge me for first 15 minutes. And then it took 30 minutes for my food to come out. definitely, definitely won't come back to this!!! Keep driving the better one is in Sanford.

Service was the only decent thing in this place. 3am not busy as i was the only person here. I walk in and as I was being seated tables just dirty around me like they didnt know where to seat me. I went to the bathroom and the stalls are not even cleaned. You can see the build up on them and what a smell. I ordered a salmon and steak (well done) and pancakes. Food came out and pancakes basically came out after I was done eating and ready to leave like really? Pancakes!!. The best part was as I was eating they are spraying cleaning products on tables around me as I was eating like seriously? This is not the servers fault but the manager that are running this place. They dont care and you can tell. Worse of the worse and I wont be coming back at all.

Busy but our waitress was calm, cool, and ensured we always had fresh hot coffee. She's and elderly women, but on her toes more than I've seen in some young workers. (Not at this location)

Service is good but the restaurant itself is absolutely filthy and smells bad. It's been a while since I ordered and I haven't gotten my food yet so I can't speak to the food. But I'm almost afraid.

Food was really off... Cold or overcooked or bland or missing or added without request or slow... Take your pick on bad factors... Without the smiling staff, this would have been the worst. Not sure if a chance at redemption will be worth the risk. Sorry.
