Customer service is horrible, food/drinks are never made right, can never contact anybody about orders that are made wrong… please just do y’all selves a favor and shut the whole company down if you can’t keep up with orders and having people on your team who want to work for you. This whole company is a disgrace of a business. I will be taking my business to Starbucks.
U have had plenty of time to fix the problems. Now I won't go there anymore.
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 2. All the tables were dirty and the floor needed sweeping! I can get a donut anywhere- so no reason to return to a dirty restaurant.
