I asked for a drink with no ice originally the cashier said they can't do it witch I understand but it was an attitude so I said light ice because I don't want a watered down coffee they hand me the coffee and it's half way filled. I am a general manager for a restaurant and when someone orders something without one of the main ingredients we throw extra on it to make up and give them what they pay for

SANDWICHES ALWAYS OLD AND HARD, I ask for simple remake and I get a bunch of attitude from the people making the food, if you don’t like your job then go to another one, any other Dunkin has no problem. Ratchet

The staff here were terrific. These days service is noticeable when it’s just good. Hear the staff are great. Coffee was so-so. Donuts not bad. But the staff I definitely noticed very friendly very helpful.

My husband and I ordered uber eats from here and the order was canceled because the driver stole it. We called before replacing the order and Savannah was kind enough to remake it so we would get it. Upon receiving the order there was a donut in there with a note from her and it was so kind we just wanted to shout her out because she deserves it! 🩷

They need to train the employees . What a chocolate glazed is and chocolate cale 🥱this is a morning merrygoround coffee to full not enoughh cream . It should ne about the experience but its not a good one

I’m not a person who frequents Dunkin’ Donuts much. Thought I’d give them a try. I ordered a caramel latte, a hash brown bacon breakfast bowl, and a Boston cream doughnut. The latte was what you’d expect. The hash brown bowl was terrible. The bacon was burnt. I decided not to take it back and complain. I picked out the bacon and ate it. Then when I went to eat the donut I discovered it was hard and stale, at which point I decided to drive back and exchange it. They replaced it with another stale donut. Had this experience been good I might have re-discovered Dunkin’ Donuts and revisited the store. As it stands, I will never go back again.
