03/13/2024I ordered a cold brew and a donut through the app pickup inside the store. It's very hard to get an employees attention because they are busy with drive thru orders. The iced coffee always tastes bitter to me here. There is wifi and the dining area is pretty dead if you need to sit and get work done. Restrooms are kept locked. Good luck getting an employees attention to give you the key.

First and last time at this location. Stopped to get an ice coffee, it was the worst ice coffee ever I had to go to work and try to fix the coffee as best as possible and they don’t have straws what kind of Dunkin doesn’t have straws. Worst experience ever!

No strawberry frosted, no double chocolate, no jelly, no GLAZED. Tried this place 3 times. They NEVER have doughnuts. Then they didnt give me the bagel I ordered either. If I could stand in front of this place and pay people to go somewhere else I would. Dont waste your time.

This Dunkin’s quality has gone down tremendously, been going here every morning for that past few years. My order has always been messed up and today my order had bite marks in the sausage. I recommend everyone visit a different Dunkin then this one because they absolutely suck.

been coming here on and off for the pass year. I like the new change, The new staff is respectful, not rude, and the orders are correct! the young man taking the orders from the drive thru is very sweet, and understands your order! Finally a staff that cares about the customers.

The donuts were typical Dunkin. However, we received an oddly shaped one in our box. I had to turn around to exchange it. My question is, why would you put a deformed donut in a box in the first place? Did you think I wouldn't notice?

I come to this Dunkin every morning for the last 10 years. I've always gotten great customer service and my order has always been right. I'm leaving 3 stars because I'm sad to see that 3 of the employees that are regularly there, Tanya, Kevin and Rachel are no longer there. I don't know what happened but I liked coming to a location where I knew the people and conversation was always friendly. The new employees just want you in and out, very impersonal. I'm grateful to still see Alyssa in the morning and Paul in the evenings , at least I still have a couple faces I know. I appreciate their smiles and conversations over the years! Sad to see some of them go.
