There was a hair in the donut i ordered today. Box was sealed so its definitely not from the delivery driver or myself. So gross. Donuts were also not the right ones I ordered.

I’ve always had good customer service when visiting here, and the team members working tonight aligned with that. I had a sweet interaction with the team member who took my order and checked me out. They were kind, personable, genuine, and a breath of fresh air. I wish I had asked for their name to give a proper kudos. Aside from that, drinks are always consistently made and is in a convenient and easy to find location.

The some of the worst customer service ive experienced, the server was nasty, had a ghetto attitude and proceeded to complain about lacking the knowlege about brewing coffee. Like-what??? Claimed to be busy while during the duration of my wait just stood and chatted. Theres a starbucks next to it, try that.

I go to this dunkin 4 times a week. I work at 530 am and look forward to my Arctic Cherry drink from dunkin to wake up. Brittany is the absolute best. She makes sure my drink comes out quickly, she is always so kind, and she always makes my morning much easier. I will be back due to the excellent customer service and work ethic.

This is the worst dunkin Donuts Ive ever been to. Your GM should be ashamed of themselves. Rude cashiers, cold bagels with no cream cheese, and of course my simple Black coffee was wrong. Ive never had the displeasure of being so disatisfied so quickly. Like yo get it together

Was there this morning at 630 to pick up my app orders and no one was there it was closed. I want a refund of my order I did not get, impossible to talk to anyone
save your time. unless you want your order to be continuously incorrect and COLD. Almost every time I visit my order is incorrect! They have a sign that says new management, but maybe management isn't the issue here...
