Almost every time I’ve ordered from here my food has either arrived cold or wrong. I don’t know why I keep giving it chances maybe because it’s just the closest breakfast place to me but honestly over it.

ordered the twice baked hashbrown but it was so cold i don’t think it was even baked once😭 usually when i order these it’s piping hot in the bag but this one today was definitely not fully cooked. disappointing.

Great bagel sandwiches and fresh baked bagels. Sometimes it gets backed up during regular rush breakfast hours but the drive thru moves quicker than you think. A bit pricey, and lots of calories in some of the sandwiches-usually have to specify one egg instead of two on any breakfast sandwich I order. Caribou coffee is their coffee, which is pretty good!
Service is great. Pepperoni pizza bagel seems childish but bagel bread for pizza may be the move.

Not a good late-morning at this location. Extra long wait. Ordered 2 toasted with shmear. Neither was toasted. Cold on cold. Too much time to get first time, no time to drive back to get them made as ordered. Wasted bagel money and calories. Coffee was hot - poured it myself.
