I come to this Einstein Bagel location regularly, and unfortunately over time the experience has steadily gone downhill. Today I stood in line for about seven minutes just to place an order. Even though employees were moving all around me, no one acknowledged me or even said hello. The staff appeared very focused on processing orders, especially for the drive-through, while in-store customers seemed overlooked.
After placing my order, I tried to find a table to sit at, but every table in the dining area was dirty and covered with crumbs. There was also trash left behind on multiple tables, which made it difficult to enjoy eating there.
I’ve tried to make this a lunch stop at least twice a week, but I’m now reconsidering whether I’ll continue coming here at all. This feels like a management issue more than anything. When awareness and attention slip, small things start to pile up.
This is actually a great location, and with proper management these problems could be fixed quickly. It’s rarely the big things that hurt a restaurant. More often it’s basic customer service and cleanliness that make or break the experience.

My original pick up order was completely messed up. It was obvious that the gentleman who put it together, did not put much effort into this or care about the details. I had the incorrect food and it was made sloppy I did not notice this until I drove all the way home. I returned to the store because all of my high dollar items were missing from my order.
I spoke with Laura and she corrected the issue and provided great customer service. Laura is the reason this is a five star review and not a one star review. Thank you Laura.

Got a bacon egg and cheese on sesame and got home with no bacon on it, when I went back and waited to be helped, a girl with a ponytail and purple hair ask “Are you ok” very rude to start, then I was explaining what was wrong with my bagel and she proceeded to say “What do you want”. I don’t know what was the problem but I am a server myself and this is not how you speak to customers.
