Great bagel sandwiches and fresh baked bagels. Sometimes it gets backed up during regular rush breakfast hours but the drive thru moves quicker than you think. A bit pricey, and lots of calories in some of the sandwiches-usually have to specify one egg instead of two on any breakfast sandwich I order. Caribou coffee is their coffee, which is pretty good!

No More Pickles - We are regulars over the years, but sadly have watched the product compromised. First the pickles went away. Then only “to go” packaging, no more baskets to enjoy in-house dining. Also, no more cutting sandwiches in half. Appears to be an automated assembly line. Finally, staffing is stretched and wait times are growing.
Please charge more, so product and experience can return to the legacy standards that once made Einstein great… A shame to see...

I love their bagels but decided to try something different and not impressed. I ordered online and had to go back as they forgot some of my food. The group sitting directly in front of the door chain smoking ( in front of a no smoking sign) was a turn off too
