Tables where all dirt and even after saying to make food to go cause all tables dirt they still didn't clean any tables and still put food for dine had to ask again for food to go manager was ever unprofessional and acting unconcerned

Morgan was so polite and made my experience great. The subs were also made fresh and quickly. She was working by herself in the store and she made sure to greet everybody that walked in. Thank you Morgan! I’ll come back just because of the service she provided.

Morgan was great made my experience better then any firehouse experience I've ever had. But the lady melanie was rude and nasty. I don't know if she was the manger or what but totally unprofessional berating her employee/ coworker in front of customers talking down to them. I'm a chef and if my boss did that I would walk out. It was totally unprofessional and I was embarrassed for Morgan to have to go through that. If I had to deal with only melanie I wouldn't come back to this location. But Morgan help we definitely have me coming back.

I will never return to this location again I came in tonight never had a problem with my sandwichs but tonight I felt rushed and there was plastic wrappings in my lettuce the people working here tonight were clueless and didn't even know what they were doing I have been coming here for almost a year because of the good customer service I have received from one person I don't know her name I think she is a manager but she wasn't here today or tonight extremely upset with the customer service and the experience but I will return when I see the manager she keeps me coming back because her subs r never rushed and always made perfect I hope the owner sees this and knows she has a special person that treats not only her customers with love but her food as well I should have made a review earlier but I think tonight broke the ice I won't be coming back at night only during the day when I know the owner and the dark blonde girl is there they have beautiful customer service, I hope I get a response back because this was extremely unacceptable I would like to add to my post as I come every once and a while the same girl that was here that I usually come and see was here but she sounded very sick which makes me never to want to come back if I'm getting food from someone that is sick can potentially get me sick and that's not ok with me I like the 2 ladies that run the business but I don't want to be eating from someone that's sick I have a family at home and don't want to pass around any sickness thanks won't be coming back anymore

I’ve gone twice already and I must say the subs are great and so is the attention! The girls make the subs so fast which is super convenient for me since I usually end up going on my lunch breaks, which saves me enough time to enjoy my lunch. Super happy with the service, they always have such a good energy going on. They have earned the 5 star rating! Will keep on going when subs calls for lunch☺️

Last night I came in at 5:42 pm and a guy was dressed in sweats and service uncooked meatballs, tonight I came in to get a refund and the employees Morgan and Jasmyn service was excellent. She made it up. Please make sure you have good working people.

This location was unwilling to participate in a veterans Day special. I do not plan to come back, and support establishment that doesn't support American troops who has served this country.
