I usually love firehouse, but I haven’t really ever had a pleasant experience at this location. It’s very different compared to others in the area. I need to remember to pass this one up and go to a different one. Walk in and it stinks of weed. I am not saying that the workers were high, since I can’t say that for sure. They don’t have the sauce packets that other locations have and their hot sauce bar/ bottles looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.
Edit to add: I left it at 3 stars because the sandwiches were made correctly, and they were okay. Better than I expected.
Sienna was very pleasant and got my order exactly correct!

Lack of drink selection, small amounts of ice coming form the machine. Tea was made at 10 am. The work area was rough-looking. Nasty gloves on the counter. A shirt laying on the counter.
Food is always delicious and the lady working behind the counter was a rockstar. She was the only person working but she was kind, patient, helpful and pleasant.
Update: I found my receipt and the person working was Tammy. Thank you, Tammy!

I have been going to firehouse for years. I can truly say now I will never return. I ordered my normal sandwich and when I opened it by the time I got home, the bread was rock hard and stale. I am talking absolutely inedible. After trying to contact customer support I am told via email multiple times the store manager will be reaching out shortly. It has now been 7 days and no one has reached out to me, no one has offered a resolution. The fact I pay money to have a sandwich that cannot be eaten. If this was ordered through door dash their customer support would have handled it swiftly. A third party service has better customer support than the chain itself. Truly disappointing experience.

A Truly Pleasant Experience – Thank You, Evan & Hailey!
I stopped by the Firehouse Subs in Casselberry recently, and while the food was good as expected, it was the service that really stood out. This was easily one of the most pleasant dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.
A big thank you to Evan and Hailey—they were both incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. Not only did they clearly understand my order, but they also waited patiently while I took care of my little one, which meant a lot. You can tell the staff here genuinely care about their customers, and it made the whole visit feel welcoming and relaxed.
Highly recommend stopping in if you're nearby—not just for the subs, but for the outstanding service, too!

Just ordered sub and they messed up order. The bleached blonde gay guy gave such a bad attitude. Not my fault the person had took order got it wrong. The gay princess said he wasn’t getting fired.
Tables where all dirt and even after saying to make food to go cause all tables dirt they still didn't clean any tables and still put food for dine had to ask again for food to go manager was ever unprofessional and acting unconcerned
