I placed two online orders and the bread came out to be molded. It was a fight to get our refunds. We had to go back to the store twice and they couldn’t give us a refund for one of the orders. The customer service was absolutely terrible as well. They were very dismissive. Never going back

My only complaint is that when I tried to do my takeout order with the Firehouse app on my IPad, it would not show my cart so I could finish my order. I have never had any success ordering from the FIrehouse Subs app. I have to go to the website to order.

When I arrived at the store to pick up my order they greeted me even though the two employees were working feverishly on a huge takeout order of at least 7 sandwiches. I had to wait a while for my order but when I got home, I discovered that they had made absolutely PERFECT subs. Those employees deserve a huge WELL DONE for their work!!

Ordered 3 subs, 2 were to be exactly the same and the third was a veggie. Got 3 different ones, have no idea where this girl came up with this. The veggie was so soggy it was inedible, the beef and cheddar did not have the extra cheese I asked for and the last one was a mix of Italian and jalapeños. All tasted terrible and was an incredible waste of money.

This locations customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I placed an online order and when I got to the location to pick up the sub I noticed the sub was made wrong and had asked the girl politely who was making subs to remake it for me. She told me with a very bad attitude that it was going to take 20 minutes to remake it and was basically declining to make my sub for me again. I had already paid for the sub online as well. This kind of customer service does not look good for the store. I ended up not receiving my sub and left very angry due to the miss handling of the situation. I will be back to the store for a refund in person.

I absolutely will not return here. I have never felt so unwelcome in a food establishment. I’m sorry the staff has to work and your break was interrupted by me coming. So I will not return. Disgraceful.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the past two times I’ve been to this location I’ve noticed a lady, Melanie. Come to find out, she’s the owner! She was so sweet and pleasant both times I was here. Always ensuring every guest had exactly what they needed with a smile. Thanks, Melanie! I’ll definitely be stopping in more!

I usually love firehouse, but I haven’t really ever had a pleasant experience at this location. It’s very different compared to others in the area. I need to remember to pass this one up and go to a different one. Walk in and it stinks of weed. I am not saying that the workers were high, since I can’t say that for sure. They don’t have the sauce packets that other locations have and their hot sauce bar/ bottles looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.

Edit to add: I left it at 3 stars because the sandwiches were made correctly, and they were okay. Better than I expected.

Lack of drink selection, small amounts of ice coming form the machine. Tea was made at 10 am. The work area was rough-looking. Nasty gloves on the counter. A shirt laying on the counter.
