Stopped off at this McDonald’s on our trip to the airport. The drive through was very busy as it was peak lunch period. We ordered the old fashioned way human to human. Service was great very friendly and faster than most McDonald’s I have been in. The food was hot and fresh and the staff served it to the table and also came to check it was hot and satisfactory something never previously experienced in a McDonald’s. I asked for one simple thing... A large hot coffee ☕️ with sugar only (no cream) what did I end up getting? A large cold coffee with only cream (no sugar)...I'm lactose intolerant! It seems like there's something in the employee handbook stating that McDonalds must always get my orders wrong! So frustrating! 😡 Way to start off the day!

McDonald's offers a pleasant breakfast or meal. Customers can enjoy a welcome environment. The staff who was working never had a better experience at McDonald’s. Frappe was made the best, burgers were all good and fries were perfect! This is rare for a McDonald's. The best drive through experience was had in years. All employees from the ordering to the delivery was professional & friendly. The food could have been commercial & magazine perfect which is rare to never with any fast food. Order was correct. Most locations in the area would benefit from training with this crew. Good job to the management team & employees at this shift.
