Half full plate, mushroom chicken was only mushroom and veggies not a single piece of chicken, I know whoever put this together knew they were dead wrong. Come here 3 times and all 3 times have been completely dissatisfied. Prolly be best for the Panda Express brand to shut this location down, honestly.

Dine-in orders are NOT a priority here and I had to wait 20 minutes with no one else in this restaurant to be served. Management needs to change the rules about taking online orders over dine-in customers waiting to be served. They need at leadt one employee taking dine-in orders! Very dissapointing!!!

They’re constantly taking online orders and drive-through orders and not prioritizing dine in orders AT ALL. My boyfriend and I waited for 45 minutes for our food just watching them work and work taking care of everybody else except for the people in the dining area. It was utterly ridiculous.

Ordered in the drive thru. They said there would be a wait for the teriyaki and asked me to wait in a parking spot. I proceeded to wait for nearly 30 minutes. When I arrived home to eat my food the chow mein was 80% cabbage and 20% noodles. Why would I order noodles to receive mostly cabbage? Look, I'm not expecting much from a fast food place. At the bare minimum I expect fastfood to be a) fast and b) what was ordered. I received neither.

Today I went to Panda Express 17-92. All the food in the glass looked expired. They took half an hour to serve my food. Then the cashier gives me all kinds of egg rolls I didn’t ask for. So I thought he was being generous for all the time waiting. To then another attendant coming back to my table asking me to pay for items I never asked for. And guilt tripping me in front of my child. Then making me into some kind of bad guy in front of all the guest.
