I come here when i want something quick to eat becsuse they use fresh ingredients and the greeting and service is nice. The place is pretty nice for a fast food place. They also have wine.

We ordered a beef and broccoli bowl with an orange chicken bowl. We were told we had to wait 6 minutes for fresh broccoli and beef and we agreed. We rolled up to the window they gave us our food anyway without waiting the 6 minutes. because of that we only got four tiny little pieces of beef. With today's fast food prices how dare you charge me this price and give me 4 tiny pieces of beef. I will not be returning to this location

Not sure if it's the fault of this particular location or corporate policy but it's absolutely ridiculous that you have to ASK for teriyaki sauce with your teriyaki chicken if you're getting drive through.After multiple times of not getting sauce either on the chicken or in the bag I started asking when I ordered if they could put the sauce on the chicken and they said they weren't allowed to. So then I specified "please make sure you put the sauce in the bag" and this most recent time when they didn't include it I was told "you have to ask for it" and when I mentioned that I did (and asked for EXTRA because I have so often not been given sauce even when I always say "please make sure you don't forget the sauce in the bag") I was told that I had to ask the person who handed me the food at the window for the sauce because if I ask at the order window they won't know. The person who told me was also extremely rude about it saying "you didn't ask" when I VERY specifically asked - the person who took my order also didn't say "you havd to ask for it to be added at the window".All this for a menu item called TERIYAKI CHICKEN that has a clear image of chicken with sauce on it.

The shorter manager in the black polo was absolutely disgraceful, she was standing right at the front with another employee when I arrived, didn't greet me or anything, they made me stand there waiting to order whilst I overheard them talking bad about other employees, then a lovely employee who was washing the dishes came out from the back to actually do work while they were just standing there. He helped me and was a delight, absolutely unacceptable behavior from the manager.

Not good. Beef and broccoli was inedible, beef tasted odd and cheap. The rice and noodles were bland and unseasoned. The best part of my meal was the tea.

Very disappointed that this particular location says on the website that they close at 10 p.m. Mon -Sat. However, I drove about 6 miles to get to the Casselberry location and when I arrived at about 9:20 p.m. the guy behind the glass counter informed me that the cooks and kitchen was closed. They only had two dishes and stated to me that, that's all that was left. When I told him that his website says they close at 10:00, he basically Shrugged his shoulders and said that the kitchen was closed already. This was very upsetting to me and my guests. We drove all that way relying on the information we had gotten on the website that they were open until 10:00. Needless to say I will never eat at this location. I recommend anyone that's reading this to call ahead of time to make sure they are open and that they have food left.

I love panda express they are the best Chinese restaurant in Florida I went here in 2017-2019 because their Chinese restaurant is authentic and friendly and better than China town in Norfolk Virginia.
