I will delete my review if it's wrong...
I heard a rumor that this location will have normal hours for Christmas Eve, and I hope it's WRONG. It would not be fare to make those employees work all Christmas Eve when most people have Christmas Eve dinner and spend time with there family. Most locations for Panda Express will be closing early and on their website it says they close around 6 or 7 p.m.
So I hope I heard wrong..

I pulled up into the drive-through and I was told to wait. I waited 5 to 6 minutes with cars lining up behind me. Only to be told We’re too busy.” I clarified what do you mean? We’re too busy you can’t just take my order. I was told to hold again. After waiting for one to two more minutes it was clear no one was gonna answer. So after shouting at the mic again, I was then responded with if you want food you could come in. Drove to the window only to be ignored after honking my horn at the window. Then I called the store and asked for the manager and it turns out the manager is the one that told me if I want food, I can come. I said hey if your drive-through is closed, you should tell people it’s closed. She goes “noted.” “Will do” no apology for the inconvenience nothing. Dismissive answer with sass. As I began to speak more because there is little to desire as far as a proper response, she hung up on me. Corporate stores shouldn’t hire leaders that are this disrespectful and can’t handle their store. She needs to be fired immediately.

Chris was awesome, the other workers worked super hard to keep up with the other orders. They made us feel super important and got us our food as fast as they could!! Definitely worth the wait 😄. Great manager. Also the CLEANEST panda I’ve ever seen lol.

Definitely love that the food was fresh and warm, restaurant was clean including the restrooms and they actually smelled clean! Lastl, the service he was on point from the red shirts up to the black shirts. I appreciate your service folks!

Lindsey had horrible customer service. She had this depressing face like she didn’t wanna be there and then practically gave me the receipt like she didn’t give a crap about her job. Disgusting behavior.
