I had such a great experience at Panda Express thanks to Chris! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while taking my order. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about giving great customer service, but Chris really stood out. His positive attitude made the visit that much better. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the excellent service he provided.

Probably one of lowest tier pandas I’ve ordered from, every time I go to pick up my online order from the drive thru, they tell me to park and take 15-20 minutes to bring my food out for an online order that I placed in advance. Today will fortunately be my last time here since they skimped on my bigger plate and only gave me two sides after having me wait 30 minutes which has happened twice already. I’m going to just ordering at another location and i suggest anyone else to do the same if they value their money and time

Hey this is Reece I come here every lucch break I am normally rude in drive through sorry about that but I am just in a hurry so that’s why but 9/10 times the food is on point but at times later at night it is colder which I don’t really mind but it has happened. I also wanted to say that Jeffery and I think his name is Chris are always quick and efficient and very kind 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ordered pickup via the app. Am told my pick-up time is in 12 minutes. Get there in 15 minutes and am told they need another 5 minutes for one item and to park and they will bring it out. 5 minutes later I get a text that my order is ready. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for them to bring it out to me. I have my dog so I don't want to go in. Finally I go in. No customers. No cars at the drive-thru. My food was just sitting there for 15 minutes getting cold and soggy while the servers stood around. Why order through the app when they won't make it until your pick-up time anyway, then realize they are out of something and make you wait 20 more minutes while you watch 10 other cars come, order, and leave with food?

I love Panda, we go constantly, so I know how their food is. This location, unfortunately, is meh. Sometimes they have a lot of food, sometimes you walk in and they barely have anything. Sometimes they have really positive employees, and sometimes you have employees that are tired of life and mumble everything so you have to keep asking them to repeat themselves, therefore making them more upset. Sometimes they give you nice Panda-like portions, and sometimes they SKIMP ON ALL THE MEATS!!
It's really annoying to not really ever knowing what you're getting in this location...They need to get it together man.
The rude manager has been fired and the new manager is very polite and considerate to her customers ..
