We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks and went to pick up the pizza when it said “11 mins” left. Upon arriving they said it would be an additional 40 minutes because they were short staffed. The pizza itself tasted good but after waiting unexpectedly in the store for an additional 40 minutes since the app had it marked as ready, nothing tastes good enough to make up for that. 0/10 recommend.

After a less than good day, I ordered a little lunch on my way home.. mistakenly I put my order in for the wrong location but went to this location as it’s close to my house. Upon my arrival the manager? Quickly offered to make my order and I called the other location to cancel. When I went back in to retrieve my personal pan pizza he assured his coworker it was all taken care of. Great customer service, awfully kind gesture! Both gentlemen were nice! Pizza was delish and it put a nice little smile to my day! Thanks guys!

I’m not sure what happened with this location. I have being buying pizza from this location and have been happy for years. But it’s really gone down hill the past few months. The last few times I’ve come here, I show up when it says it should be ready, but when I get here it’s not even in the oven yet and end up sitting in the lobby waiting 20-30 minutes past the time it was originally supposed to be ready. I may have to rethink my pizza selection and have to start using a competitor chain. The staff is always friendly, but there needs to be a better system, because I never had this issues for several years before now
