I have had trouble with this location messing up our order a few times now. This evening I placed an online order around 10:30 pm which is well before they are supposed to close at 12 am. After 40 minutes, I checked the status of the order and it was canceled for some unknown reason. I tried calling them multiple times before 11:30 pm and nobody is answering, sounds like they didn't feel like keeping the store open and just left. I spent $40 for food and won't be able to get a refund until later. Very upsetting.

Don’t bother with this store. Ever since I moved near this store they’ve always messed up my pizza and/or the delivery is very late. Right now it’s an hour and 15 minutes late (so far) I’ve called the store, been on hold (so far) for 57 minutes. While on hold I chatted with customer service online and they could only put in a complaint but couldn’t help me now. I’m hanging up, giving up, will make sure I get my money back and never order from this store again. Just go father up 436 to the Altamonte store. I used to live near it and never had a single problem and every pizza was cooked just right.

Justin took very good care of me and was very welcoming and attentive to my order. When I walked in I saw him making a pizza before he noticed me and I can tell that he was very precise on the presentation of what he was working on. Overall great experience with kind and knowledgeable customer service.
Ordered 2 Melts , 1 Meat Lovers and 1 Bacon Chicken Parmesan. Both were overcooked and hard. Customer service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.
