Planet Smoothie

Been coming to Planet Smoothie for years getting the same thing. Strawberry Colada. Less Pineapple, more strawberry. Today for the first time, this store’s manager Rua, tried to charge me me extra for the same amount of ingredients. And then became indignant because she’s the boss and what she says goes. Highly unprofessional. Won’t be coming back here for a while.

The most Unaccommodating place ever. The place was empty. I went in to get a açai bowl and I asked for my toppings on the side because I’m a drive a little bit far and I don’t want my bowl all melted with all my toppings all mixed in my bowl. she told they can’t do it. You have no customers what extra would it take for you to put my toppings on the side in one cup? It’s not like I’m asking for all in separate little cups. make no sense right there. For the price of the bowl I should be able to get my toppings on the side. Hospitality 2/10

I came in on a morning I was only the second customer in the store. I ordered a Chocolate Chimp with the addition of coffee. Your employee notified me they accidentally added yogurt and I said not to start a new one because they were apologetic and I was in a hurry to leave. After being served, paying and leaving I drank my smoothie in the parking lot and was immediately hit with the taste of peanut butter. I immediately walked back in the store and disclosed I had a peanut allergy at the front counter. When asked if I had been served peanuts, which aren’t an ingredient in Chocolate Chimp, they simply said they couldn’t remember. At this point I’m starting to have symptoms of a reaction and the only thing they offered me was a re-made smoothie. No refund, no medical services called. I ended up missing an entire work day/shift due to this allergic reaction after administering medical treatment. The re-made smoothie tasted great though as it was going down my rapidly deteriorating esophagus. I’d appreciate if someone reached out.

I genuinely feel like this location just does everything differently. Not impressed when you know what you should be receiving.

Placed an online order on my way to work. They are supposed to open up at 8 AM. It is not a holiday. They have no signage posted about being closed and there was no one there.
Just spent $11 on a smoothie and can’t even get it because somebody decided not to show up for work

This location is walking distance from my business
The place is always clean and staff is always friendly. Wish i remember the managers name a slim lady with glasses always give the biggest smile mo matter what time i walk in and makes the best Smoothies.

Hands down my favorite planet smoothie! I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now and even though i’ve moved further away I will always choose this one over any other! Their staff is amazing, i usually go in on the weekends and Mariel and Peyton help me, they offer good conversation while making my smoothie and they have some of the best ingredients, i love that they offer Isopure at this location. Highly recommend!
