PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING TIME OR MONEY HERE-After my 5th time (several different occasions) visiting this location and hearing “we are out of chicken”, it is then I decided to leave a this awesome review. I don’t know who is to hold responsible, weather poor management or employees who don’t care, either way it’s ridiculous there. You never here McDonalds say they are out of burgers or Chic-fil-et say they are out of chicken or Taco Bell out of burritos! Come on people you are a chicken place! You have one job to do. I used love your food but you’ve lost me. If anyone is reading this, don’t waste your time or money here. You will be very disappointed. Trust!

Went and ordered a MOJO pork , rice and beans and a side Ceasars salad after lunch time . There were only two of us waiting to order. I only received the mojo pork ,salad and a half of a avocado . If theywere telling me to lose weight i might have laughed but this is just a sad experience .The saddest part was there no other customers . Attempted to call and no one would pick up the phone.... was first time attempting to eat there I would hesitate to try again.

Too much salt/sodium added to food: chicken, beans, fried plantains or fries and their soups.Sodium is the leading cause of high blood pressure; had to take medication to lower pressure after eating at this and other pollo tropical locations. I would advice seniors to stay away and eat elsewhere where they use less salt in their food preparation. Adding salt to food should be left to individual discretion and not imposed on everyone.

This was my first time eating here and I had made an online order, only to find you had to wait an hour and a half for the order to be ready. When I went to pickup my food, there were 2 girls at the counter that pushed 2 bags towards me. I picked up the bags thinking they were both my order, and then as I'm riding away, the manager comes out yelling at me like I'm at fault for taking food that wasn't even mine. She was not professional in any shape or form and if this is what I can expect from Pollo Tropical, I'll go elsewhere.The food was good though, although I wish there were bigger portions but no complaints otherwise.

The manager of this store Made me feel stupid When I made a claim that I am paying for white meat and she puts chicken wings in my food telling me that is white meat like I am stupid where I am paying extra money for this.Also the portion of churrasco was incorrect. How can it be shown in the photos that I am going to put together in this comment, it is unfair after one pays to come and eat at the place. I pay extra money to receive this

Very bad management .I had an old tasting rancid yuca side ,when I asked at counter for fresh batch a manager Maria was called and she refused and insisted they were fresh. After walking away from counter she was laughing with the other staff , I guess they think it’s fun to disparage a customer . The yuca was trash..Never again .

My party of 3 had a terrible experience here. 2 of our 3 orders were entirely incorrect.I told the cashier girl I wanted a "Large Tropichop Meal on Yellow Rice"She stopped me before I finished my sentence and asked how I wanted my chicken cooked.I told her Crispy.She then proceeded to ask what size I wanted again. I repeated Large with Yellow Rice and Veggies.She then asked again how I wanted my chicken cooked.This back and forth was going on for about 3 minutes before i could finish my order.I finished my order with Dr Pepper and a Guava and cheese parfait.Total order: Large Tropichop, Dr Pepper, ParfaitI received a REGULAR sized Tropichop. (not large)5 minutes later, I received my Dr. Pepper which FLAT.Later, another employee told my friend that the first cashier girl got the soda from some OLD MACHINE in the back that the location doesn't use anymore. And that she SHOULD have gotten our soda from the dispenser in the front.Much later, I had to call someone over because i still had not received my parfait, which was just a prepackaged cup. I waited 10 minutes for a Jello cup essentially.Whoever the cashier girl is was clearly not entirely there. She was not fit to be in this work environment.

Don’t know what happened to one of the best chicken places ever but this location needs work. No ice, flat coke and when I asked for a can I got a warm one. The staff including the manager could not have cared less. This is a sad reality but thank God there’s La Granja.

Don't charge for sauce if you're going to literally put one squirt in the container. I know it's a small issue, but to have food delivered and see such total lack of effort is annoying.

My boyfriend went and got dinner for us and the black beans was just liquid with about 1/4 of a cup of beans. The time before that we didn't receive our plantains and the top of the beans was not on securely and it spilt all over the bag. When you try to call them the phone just keeps ringing and no one ever answers. We have gave this place multiple chances and we will not be back.

This location was good but no longer.. was served uncooked pink chicken in center and was refused a refund by a disrespectful manager by the name of Maria, scolding us because “we ate too far into the chicken” . The bathrooms are dirty all the time as well. Will not return .

We had a nice time at this Pollo tropical. The beans were a little bit soupy but that's how my husband likes them and they were tasty. The staff was awesome. I didn't have to order on the phone which was really nice because that's a hassle to me. I would rather just talk to someone - they didn't expect me to order on the phone like they do at the Oviedo location, which is also good but very busy.

Its been a while since I went to this location but I was really surprised how diminished the dining experience has become. The best thing in the past was the sauce bar. They no longer have this. It was a challenge to even get sauces for my meal from the cashier. Very disappointing.Dining room was really dirty and dangerous with spilled drinks on the floor. Big liability.

Honestly pollo tropical is one of my favorite fast food options available. You can get a pretty balanced meal here - like the tropichop bowl. Select your base (half rice/lettuce for me), protein, and toppings, and be sure to get the cilantro sauce for the topping.I also tried the cheesy yuca bites that were good! Also recommend dipping in that cilantro sauce (if you can't tell - it goes great on literally everything) They also serve canned alcohol to go... like a mojito in a can! Where else can you do that? Also really enjoyed the mango tea! I get it unsweetened but I'm sure it's good either way
