Everytime it rains no one takes your order they got you waiting 30min in rain through the drive though and the order speaker shead not even blocking the rain it wet your car inside .

Seriously, how has Popeyes not figured it out yet? The food is good but the service kills it.

There’s no reason anyone should need to wait 30 minutes for their order to be completed. This has happened multiple times at this location. The staff here is horrible, and someone should tell them they shouldn’t take their breaks by the front entrance if they want to have a phone conversation while using inappropriate language.

This was at least a once a week stop but it’s getting pulled from the rotation, despite the food being good.

Follow up - it’s crazy that “management” always has the same response but nothing changes.

Very long wait time inside because drive thru gets priority. They pulled pickle lemonade from menu too fast, summer not even over yet 😕. My fault I waited to long.

I order with mobile application for 5 signature chicken. I’m very disappointed with the quality because the chicken is over cooked and the fries isn’t hot anymore so it’s not crispy. All the chicken and fries is hard and we can’t eat it. Thanks for the bad experience Popeye

The experience in Popeye at 436 SR Casselberry FL was horrible. I ordered online 18 bone in wings and 6 boneless , all of them with ranch sauce. First they gave me a wrong order. I returned and they gave me the wrong order again, giving me all the wings boneless. We returned one last time and then they told that they dont have bone-in wings, which they never mentioned until I returned for 2nd time. Obviously they were lying. They didn't give me the ranch sauce either and it seems like the car before me had issues with them too.

A manager needs to get this place in order. You got employees who can’t put an order together correctly wanting to argue with customers waiting for their food.

I would leave negative stars if possible. I placed a mobile order and upon arriving at the restaurant there were two cars online at the drive-through that were going nowhere after 10 minutes. I went into the lobby to pick up my order and ended up waiting 30 minutes!!!! for one meal to be assembled. This was with an EMPTY dining room! I've included pictures of the blackened chicken wrap and classic chicken sandwich that I received for your review. I don't need to explain that this food was below subpar. Staff is slow, untrained and rude. When I showed the food to the staff at the location, they told me it was unrealistic to expect the food to look like the pictures that they have all over the restaurant. The restaurant was dirty and the drink station was missing basics like straws, lids, sugar, etc., and no one knew what they were doing. That was my last visit to Popeyes. The location cation needs to be closed.

Rarely write any reviews but the drive thru menu screen was not working, my order was on correct. I ordered a 3 piece and received a 4 piece, go some reason they gave me a ton of packaged condiments, but the worst was the chicken was old, sour and could've made us sick! I had to throw out all the food. Chicken was disgusting.

Now I see why this Popeyes is going down hill decided to give him a try once again instead of going to across the street to the KFC replaced a large amount of order we were told that their seafood was discontinued. I checked on the menu they still have the seafood so this is false advertisement. I’m not looking for anything for free, but now I see how business fail because there’s no 360 awareness there’s no going above and beyond for a customer. This will definitely be the last time I come to this specific Popeye, but to the young lady that helped my daughter get her order put together because the manager questioned my daughter when she gave him the receipt. This is why business fail you put the wrong people in positions that have no desire of helping a business. All they do is hurt a business.

Disappointed Yet Again – Poor Service at Casselberry Popeyes

Every single time I visit this Popeyes location, I encounter an issue. The service is consistently poor, and the experience today was no different.

I attempted to order the 3-piece special and simply asked for specific pieces. I was told that I couldn’t choose my pieces with the special. I then mentioned I had a coupon, but was still denied the option to choose. When I decided to just order directly off the menu, I was told the 3-piece meal would cost nearly $20, and I could hear the manager in the background telling the employee at the speaker, “You get what we give you.”

If I’m spending my money, why can’t I get what I want?

At that point, I left. I told my husband what happened, and since he was near the Lake Underhill location, he went in and asked for the same meal—with three drumsticks—and guess what? They gladly fulfilled the request without an issue.

This Casselberry location seems to go through managers constantly, and it’s no surprise—it reflects in the customer service. I’ve lived in the area for seven years, and I’ve never had a smooth experience here.

Do yourself a favor—avoid this location. I live two minutes away but will gladly drive to Altamonte just to avoid this ongoing unprofessionalism. You’ve been warned.

Theres not even close to be a fast food. I order a large combo and I get a regular small because they run out of large box and cup. Go to other place. Don't waste your money like I did. They aren not even close for 1 star ⭐️.

Rice was super hard they didn’t put any sauce in the bag I asked for dark meat they gave me a breast unbelievable !!!! I didn’t notice til i drive all the way back home 15 minutes away

Walked into the restaurant and was ignored for the five minutes and then one of the people in the back screamed out. “I got all these people upfront, but I don’t have no orders on my screen” I walked up and she basically gave everyone an attitude, and then I went to go get my order. I want to check the bag to make sure everything was in there. She proceeded to tape the bag closed so I couldn’t I grabbed my food and walked out. Got home and they forgot a good amount of my order. Didn’t wanna go back because it was just too far of a drive but this is just poor service.
