I've been to a lot of Popeyes restaurants! This one was excellently impressive.
I can't understand why this chicken sandwich from this location is so much better than any chicken sandwich I've ever had anywhere on the entire planet... Amazing visit, amazing people, amazing atmosphere, and amazing food!!!!

I ordered a four piece chicken combo and only got a two piece combo and unfortunately didn’t realize it till I was already home. The lady who I think is a team lead or manager was very rude and didn’t say anything when we pulled up to the drive through and waited for a few minutes then we finally said hello and that’s when she told us abruptly that she was going to be with us shortly. They need to work on order accuracy and good customer service.

So the manager rudely told me to order at the kiosk while all I was doing was looking at the menu while my friend used the bathroom when can you return we went to the kiosk to find the family meal to no avail ask the same manager why is the family meal isnt on the kiosk. She rudely said everything is on the kiosk I said I checked very well and it is not she told me I'll help you when I have a chance I explained what we wanted and she then says oh that's not on it sorry with attitude I didn't deserve all this now we are there 30 min and she says oh you will just have to wait till I can ring you up. That's when after about ten more minutes we decided to go to Wendy's so good luck .

I'm glad that we decided to dine in here because their dining area was peaceful and clean, the food was hot, fresh, and fast. The manager & staff provided good service as well!

Went back and service was fast and awesome! Food was very fresh and delicious. Owner or managers must be listening. I amended my poor review feeling bad for the staff after I chilled out. I can’t fault the staff on hand but the owner needs to step it up before their business goes under. The woman at the drive thru window was very nice and she felt bad and explained only two people were in the building and one fryer was not operating. Even though I waited 30 minutes for my food they did give us free drinks and the food was excellent and the biscuits unusually fresh and tasty (no I am not exaggerating) The blackened chicken strips were great and the fries fresh and also very tasty. I feel bad about my review so I hope the owner reads the reviews and hires more staff. Here’s my former review as I was really upset but they made amends. Does anyone work here? Doors locked at 7:30pm. Why don’t they hire more people? Ordered food on the app to just pick up the food you need to wait in the drive thru ridiculous line. If I was the owner of this popeyes I would take drastic measures or this location is going to go out of business.

There's no phone number on their receipt in the event you need to call them. I found the number online, called but couldn't get through. My order was missing the wings I paid for. I asked for dark meat and got breast pieces I can't drive back to so I guess I lose out on the food and the money🙄 And still have to figure out what to eat

This Popeyes Location is really hot and miss. I've gone here before and the customer service was absolutely horrible. They talk to you like they personally don't like you or have something against you for absolutely no reason. In fact, this is my experience at most locations which is why I barely support the chain. My last two visits were different. The lady was polite, thanked me for my business, told me to have a great day. Truthfully, I was caught off guard and I appreciated her. Thank you to that one woman who actually knows how to speak to other humans.
