I went to get a White Chocolate Frap and they gave me something with pumpkin cinnamon... TWICE. When we went back and told them the manager said, "there is no way we got it wrong twice."
I am very sure I know the difference between white chocolate and pumpkin cinnamon. And since I tasted and you didn't. Please make it right and don't tell me you all can't make a mistake, TWICE.
