My whole entire order was wrong this morning. Who has time to deal with your "Barista Promise" if they already can't read or pay attention to detail? Who cares about the "promise" if you have to be at another place, are under time constraints, etc.? Starbucks ALREADY makes a boatload of money off of us (as consumers) now vs. other competitors. I am tired of spending my money and getting half of my expectations while being asked to extend myself further. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! Shame on you Starbucks for throwing YOUR INADEQUATE AND INCONSISTENT responsibilities on the shoulders of your customers! ???????

Owners/managers need to fix closing time on google. The time I spent driving and walking into this location I could have gotten coffee somewhere else had the time been correct on google . This was very last min before working a full night Shift. Google says closes at 9 but they actually close at 8 .
