I was really disappointed with my recent order. I got a shaken espresso, but it wasn’t shaken at all — it just tasted like everything was poured in without mixing. On top of that, I specifically asked for whole milk, but they used creamer instead. I also requested a flat lid and was given a regular one. The drink itself was okay in taste, but it just wasn’t what I asked for. It’s frustrating when simple instructions aren’t followed, especially when you’re looking forward to something made your way.

This is my go-to Starbucks when I'm in Orlando service was good. Coffee is kind of Hit or Miss overall standard Starbucks

I was wondering in Brooksville and was pleasantly surprised to find this Starbucks. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be back

They mislabeled our order so that one of the snack pockets was misidentified as one flavor rather than the flavor on the label

Bad neighborhood. Restrooms were locked.
Coffee was good but manager was rude, there was a homeless women in there shivering and the manager lady was rude to her and I saw her turn on the AC so everyone else had to leave too. Lol where is this world going, I drive a black Benz amg and I still have compassion for homeless I bought her a coffee and gave them a ride to Wendy’s.
Ordered two drinks. Asked for light ice. Got two drinks half ice. $13.86 ripoff.

Over the past few weeks the coffee here has tasted like flavored water, there is no coffee taste, it's been awful and an absolute waste of money. The staff asks for tips in the drive through on top of that. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Went through drive through, my order was incorrect for the second time this week. Brought it up as i was ordering to please make sure it was correct, when was paying i asked to check that it was correct,said it was, it was not.
Called to get a manager said not available, ask for a supervisor, she placed me on hold got back on the phone pretending to be the shift manager, the girl has a distinctive voice it was the same person.
Asked for the phone number to a district manager said was not allowed to give customers that information!
Will never go back !

i forgot to order a drink (just a tall iced decaf caramel brulee latte) at the drive thru- so i tried adding one at the window (i would have even pulled up or parked my car to wait) but before i could even get the words out about what i wanted to add- they IMMEDIATELY told me no. they asked someone else and they also said no. i used to work in fast food- i understand window times. but if you didnt spend 5 minutes just laughing and chatting with the guy in front of me then maybe you wouldnt be behind and possibly could have made me the drink. i dont typically forget to add drinks but it definitely wasnt right for them to immediately cut me off before i could even say what i wanted. what if i just wanted a water? im disappointed as i frequent this location a lot.
