The staff was extremely professional, helpful and polite, they went the extra mile for my family and that means a ton. We left extremely happy and satisfied.

This location remains a favorite of mine, owing to the courteous staff, cozy atmosphere and superb coffee. The baristas exhibit proficiency in their work, carefully verifying orders for accuracy. I thoroughly enjoy visiting this establishment for my coffee.

Everything needs work I regularly Drive about 7 miles to a different Starbucks even though this one is right across the street from me because I can't figure out when they're open sometimes they're open at 5:30 now they're open at 6:00 I can't figure out when they close sometimes they close at 8:00 sometimes they close at 7:30 I hate the Starbucks

Out of all the Starbucks I regularly visit, this is the only one where the atmosphere feels heavy. The employees don't smile and generally have an attitude. I'm not sure why they act this way. However, today Terry, the worker, stood out. He had a smile on his face and was very pleasant. He made my Chai, and it was excellent. I would love to see some changes, like when the Hispanic manager was in charge.

Not one customer in the store, 3 employees look at me and say nothing. Finally I place my order and 5 minutes go by and still no one is preparing my drink.
I will not bother you again.

I came through the drive through Sunday August 25th around 7:30 pm. This gentleman was soo sweet and I had a little bit of a complicating order ( I wanted a last minute til tok drink) and he made them taste amazing. I was rushing so I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing, thank you!!

I bought this sandwich the morning of the 6th on my way to work! This is the tomato and mozzarella sandwich. Look how they put it in the bag! Clearly you knew how that looked and you did it anyway! And you guys want more hourly???? What a joke!
