I had a wonderful experience even after my drink was made incorrectly. He was very kind and remaking my drink. I appreciated it so much. Everyone their was exceptional and I went in around 2:30 3:00pm. That crew was awesome and I am from Boston, ma.

I am not a morning person., but when I have to be my first stop is this Starbucks. These guys are always so bright and efficient I am cafeinated and on my way to work in record time.

I ordered in the drive thru, read my drink order twice, even had them repeat it back to me. It was correct on both ends. At the window, they read the drink name out loud again before handing it to me. I trusted it was correct and drove all the way home never looking at the cup. When I got home I saw that the drink was completely wrong. I had been given somone else's drink somehow. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location.

Stopped by Thanksgiving day before close, pulled up to the drive thru was not greeted. There was a worker outside who acknowledged that we were there by speaking through his mic and looking at us. Since no one spoke through the drive thru speaker, we pulled up to the window. They couldn't even open the window to tell us they were closed. And just put up an X with their arms and shook their heads. It was extremely rude. I work at a coffee shop myself and we let everyone in up until it hits 9:00pm/ the designated time of close. The workers were not nice at all and customer service was not good.

Service at this Starbucks is the best. I just started coming but every time I come in, I feel welcome and am able to have fun conversations with the baristas. The store is clean and has plenty of seating. The barista Nick was super friendly and helpful in finding food items I can have.

What a kind group of hardworking baristas! They made my friends and I feel immediately welcomed when we walked in the other day. Wanted to specifically recognize barista Elijah and shift supervisor Nick! They were happy to chat with us while getting our orders ready and gave us great recommendations for local places to spend our afternoon.

I have been a long time customer of Starbucks for many many years and I have never been treated so poorly at a location like this one. I ordered at 8:40 through the drive thru, the location closed at 9 and I guess I was not who they wanted to see. The attitude of the barista and the ā€œshift supervisorā€ Nick… wow! Never again.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks this morning. I was there at 5:10 am. There was no one in line or in the store. Took a while to take my order and then I sat at the window for five minutes waiting for any kind of human interaction before leaving. They never opened the window.

Waited over 10mins in the drive through line with other cars starting to come behind me since they couldn’t get one person to answer the speaker box. I drove up to the window after waiting so long and no one was looking at the drive through line. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. I always have a long wait at this location but it’s ridiculous that I couldn’t even place an order before my wait. And I was the first person in the line for those 10mins. There were people outside of the starbucks sitting and having drinks so i knew they were open. Plus google. I also couldn’t place an order ahead like I would have wanted to in the first place. The service reminded me why i never come to this location.

This location remains a favorite of mine, owing to the courteous staff, cozy atmosphere and superb coffee. The baristas exhibit proficiency in their work, carefully verifying orders for accuracy. I thoroughly enjoy visiting this establishment for my coffee.
