Out of all the Starbucks I regularly visit, this is the only one where the atmosphere feels heavy. The employees don't smile and generally have an attitude. I'm not sure why they act this way. However, today Terry, the worker, stood out. He had a smile on his face and was very pleasant. He made my Chai, and it was excellent. I would love to see some changes, like when the Hispanic manager was in charge.
I came through the drive through Sunday August 25th around 7:30 pm. This gentleman was soo sweet and I had a little bit of a complicating order ( I wanted a last minute til tok drink) and he made them taste amazing. I was rushing so I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing, thank you!!
I forgot to get his name but the young boy with the braces was amazing! He saw how quick my pup ran through his pup cup and gave me an extra! Excellent customer service from this young man :)
