Where do I start...steak and shake is nothing like it used to be.... No more waitresses you use a kiosk to order. The hamburger buns aren't as good they don't do them press the meat on the griddle like they used to and nobody even acknowledge me when I walk in to pick up a to-go order and so my food was par because it was sitting there for 10 minutes they let me sit there in the waiting like area... It wasn't busy either. I was quite disappointed.

I wish I would have taken a picture of the sandwich before I devoured it! The best I've had in I don't know how long. Perfect freeze perfect service. I couldn't ask for anything better. If I wasn't full I'd get another one! No they didn't pay me to say this.

The customer service, food quality and price are all terrible. The man working the drive through was very short with me. He also did not tell me there would be a charge for barbecue sauce I noticed it on my receipt that I had to ask for. I got a refund and handed it back to him. He did not need my card for the refund (this is an important fact). I was annoyed and drove home with the food only to find once I got home that my large fries were not even half full also soggy and barely warm. I do not live far from the restaurant. Every time I go through this drive through the workers always have a “I couldn’t care less” attitude never a smile or good attitude. They also never apologize for mistakes (there’s always mistakes). Anyways I call to get my fries refunded and who better to answer the phone than the woman who was running the fry station. She attempted to lie to me saying she could only replace the fries if I come back and can’t refund me unless I come back because she can’t do it without my card . Tries to offer free fries on my next visit instead of a refund. I let her know one I know she’s lying about the refund because he refunded my barbecue sauce without it. She then says “ohhhh you’re the one with the barbecue sauce.” I say yes I am. She then sets the phone down for a minute, when she comes back to the phone she says my fries have been refunded. HA what a joke of an establishment. Deceptive and disrespectful. Almost $40 in food, ridiculous. Didn’t even acknowledge her lie or apologize. DONT EAT HERE, opt for Taco Bell next door.

Classic, comforting, fast food. Delicious burgers, milkshakes and “shoestring” style French fries. The best part was the friendly and welcoming customer service! The manager and employees went above and beyond in helping us today especially with our elderly parent. Thank you SnS!

Food is excellent but ordering is such a pain. Only one kiosk takes cash. Can't order special like can in drive thru. Having to scan receipt to refill drink is a pain. During busy times need a person at counter. Can't find special combos on menu . When receipt printed didn't get bar code for points and when finally got someone's attention who worked there she said nothing she could do receipt printed it wrong.
