S&S has changed a lot. They raised their prices, put restrictions on things like refills, basically gutted all their staff, this silly tallow switch is a joke. Honestly, they are a joke now.

i miss the old steak and shake. i'm disabled, kinda ableist to make me SCAN A WET SOGGY RECEIPT to get a drink. what the heck happened to customer service (especially disabled), won't bring food to your table either. YOU have to go get it. made me lose my appetite due to the pain caused by my disability. have your staff help and not let your disabled customers suffer (even if we don't look it, WE ARE) so bring back the waiters. kiosks are a joke. the soda machine only lets you get 2 fill ups in total, anymore and you need to buy a drink. the cups are pathetically small too

Where do I start...steak and shake is nothing like it used to be.... No more waitresses you use a kiosk to order. The hamburger buns aren't as good they don't do them press the meat on the griddle like they used to and nobody even acknowledge me when I walk in to pick up a to-go order and so my food was par because it was sitting there for 10 minutes they let me sit there in the waiting like area... It wasn't busy either. I was quite disappointed.
I'm older and don't like screens to order from.
