Where do I start...steak and shake is nothing like it used to be.... No more waitresses you use a kiosk to order. The hamburger buns aren't as good they don't do them press the meat on the griddle like they used to and nobody even acknowledge me when I walk in to pick up a to-go order and so my food was par because it was sitting there for 10 minutes they let me sit there in the waiting like area... It wasn't busy either. I was quite disappointed.

I wish I would have taken a picture of the sandwich before I devoured it! The best I've had in I don't know how long. Perfect freeze perfect service. I couldn't ask for anything better. If I wasn't full I'd get another one! No they didn't pay me to say this.
