Not a big fan of the new ordering kiosks, but they work well and are easy to navigate. Their new beef tallow fries were good, and the shakes always are decent. But the butter burger was melted butter on top of the burger itself. It was not great. I’m not sure if that’s the way they intended it to be, but if you like butter burgers, do yourself a favor and go down the street to the real butter burger restaurant. Their regular burger was good though.

I’m actually blown away of the great customer service and cleanliness this establishment is. From the staff to management how engaged they are with the customers and how number one customer satisfaction is a top priority.

Where do I start...steak and shake is nothing like it used to be.... No more waitresses you use a kiosk to order. The hamburger buns aren't as good they don't do them press the meat on the griddle like they used to and nobody even acknowledge me when I walk in to pick up a to-go order and so my food was par because it was sitting there for 10 minutes they let me sit there in the waiting like area... It wasn't busy either. I was quite disappointed.
