Subway

Closed at 10:00 on a Saturday night when the hours on the door said they close at 11:00.

Their employee Corey was watching TikToks on max (seriously, max) volume in the lobby the entire time we were inside the store. He was nice while making our food and it was great quality-wise. That doesn't make it any easier to enjoy your food when someone is blaring something from their phone the whole time.

We asked who's phone it was (he left it on a table playing the same video on loop the entire time he was making food) so that we could pause it... he said it was his and that he was about to go back to watching it. Which he did. Still at max volume. Unbelievable, we had to leave the store.

I'd like to point out that this wasn't a random teenager employee or anything, he's a grown man. It would've been less awful if the video he left on loop was anything other than the yelling of a man being tased... over and over again.

They closed an hour earlier than the posted time so I wouldn't know how the food was.. but I suggest the time of operation gets updated so people don't waste their time driving to get food if they aren't even open.

The two young ladies that were working tonight were amazing. Great customer service, very kind, clean store. They assisted me with some trouble with a gift card and were patient and kind. They deserve raises. You don't get service in fast food like that anymore.

The most chill Subway I have been to in a while! Corey is the best!! I can go there daily enjoying the food, music, & good vibes!!

I’ve been going to this Subway for years… I miss Patrick, and whoever else it was that used to run this place.It has gone downhill so dramatically. Tonight was the final straw. I walked in, and Miranda barely said a word and continued to clean a sandwich board as if closing for the night… though they wouldn’t close for another hour.She continued for several minutes to just slowly and methodically clean the board, shuffling around slowly, in absolutely no hurry to get an order started. Then she decides it’s time to take my order and then very slowly walks over and mumbles that she’s ready to take my order.Everything was mumbled, and I really felt like I was a complete nuisance for being there. I don’t have any special requests or anything like that… I just order a pretty simple sub.The whole process of her making my sandwich was dreadful. And frankly, if somebody is this disinterested in customer service, I’m wondering about how much care they’re taking when they’re handling food.The previous time I went there, again it was just one employee by themselves, and she had apparently had to skip her lunch, and had been holding her bladder for hours because the owners want to understaffed this store.Will not return.

Great team inside that provided excellent service. Bread was fresh and food was made quick to get me back on the road. Will visit again! Only reason the atmosphere got 4 stars is because the store is older style.

We just got 3 sandwiches there and man, what a waste of money, we live this sandwich and we always get them and they all taste about the same in every subway we go to but this one was gross. The turkey was soft and nasty, it had so much mayo we had to clean it out with napkin and the avocado taste it weird. Subway is not exactly cheap. The owner of this place needs to deal with it or the business is going to fail. The employee however was nice.

Went to this Subway and never had an issue before until I asked for extra olives and the lady told me she couldn’t put any more on my sub ?. I never had an issue before with the way I make my sub but for some reason she didn’t want to make it the way I wanted to. And had the worst attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager ? a heavy set white lady with dark brown hair. I hope corporate will see this review.
