Super 8 Chinese Restaurant

When I ordered a soup from this restaurant and asked for hot oil the person working at the front said that they didn’t have hot oil that day and said “Some days we don’t have it I’m sorry”, when I called back a few minutes later and asked if they had chicken and broccoli with red pepper sauce (which is hot oil) and asked again to verify she said yes that they do have red pepper sauce so I was lied to by the person working at the front. I won’t go to this Chinese restaurant ever again.

Not capable of following directions as simple as steam only no sauce. The quality of the chicken meat was also fatty and stringy. Totally gross

This was an exceptionally bad dining experience.

The Bang Bang Shrimp was inedible — the batter was unpleasant, the shrimp was not cleaned, and it wasn’t even tossed in the sauce. The sauce was served separately and was ice cold, straight from the refrigerator, with a very off-putting flavor.

The Volcano Roll was equally unacceptable. It looked unappetizing and poorly prepared, resembling mashed canned fish placed on top of sushi and covered with an unpleasant sauce. It was visually and appetizingly disturbing.

The service was just as poor as the food. We walked in with a large group to an empty restaurant and were refused accommodation. The cashier repeatedly emphasized a 20-minute wait for the Volcano Roll in a discouraging manner, as if I should not order it.

When I asked for a side of eel sauce, she swiped my card before informing me of the additional charge and then said it was too late. When I immediately told her I did not want the food once I saw it, she almost refused to take it back and did not allow me to explain before stating there were no returns. No substitute, remake, or resolution was offered.

We were repeatedly ignored when trying to get assistance, and the staff’s attitude made us feel like an inconvenience for simply being there.

This place shows a complete lack of concern for food quality, customer service, or basic hospitality. I would strongly advise avoiding it.

I came on paid for my food sat down and waited for 10min. Walked back up to the counter and they were not even making my order yet... When I walked up to the counter the lady with the glasses on look at me like I was stupid when she cashed me out ten minutes ago and never gave them the order.. service was awful 😞

First time ordering from this place due to good reviews. Unfortunately my experience was not so great. I ordered the Krab rangoon appetizer and it had a very strange flavor. They do not use standard cream cheese filling. Used some kind of melted yellow cheese. Not very appetizing! I also ordered the boubon chicken. The chicken was big chunks of very hard chicken, maybe overcooked and the sauce was very watery. I upgraded to fried rice instead of white rice. What I got was just plain white rice mixed with soy sauce, nothing else. It was tasteless. All together I'm very disappointed with the entire meal and won't be ordering from them again.

Tried this place for the first time the other day. My first meal, I had a piece of plastic wrap in my chicken lo mein. So, that was unpleasant. The food was decent, so I decided to try them again the next day because, stuff happens, ya know?

My second meal, I got a crab Rangoon appetizer and it was the absolute worst crab Rangoon I’ve ever had in my life. Terrible.

The people that work there are nice, but the quality and attention to detail is just not there. I would pass and go somewhere else.

Also, they have WAY too many sheriff department stickers on their door and inside their restaurant as if that’s supposed to imply some kind of quality?? And, they have a framed menu right next to their counter that has a note on it that says, “wrong menu.” If it’s the wrong menu, why wouldn’t you just take that down?

Nah, I’ll pass, and I suggest you do the same. These types of restaurant are a dime a dozen and I’m sure there’s one that’s way better within a 2 mile radius.

This is my top favorite local strip mall Chimerican food spot. Their Genreal Tsao is great, with the right amount of spicy heat. Regular customer I will remain

Great menu options with more than plenty of food & options 🍱 You will NOT still be hungry with the amount of food that they give you with any combination meal!! The egg roll is amazing here & so is the beef & broccoli combo!! I have also had the fried rice with everything in it & it was delicious 🤤

Usually really like this place, they're food is always great. I ordered food for pickup last night as I was really sick and craving the ginger salad, a simple clear soup and a small order of California roll. I got nothing right in my order which wasn't realized until it was brought home to me. It's kind of confusing bc my exact order was stapled to the bag full of a completely incorrect order. They gave me a crap ton of raw fish assorted, the wrong sushi roll and the wrong soup entirely. The only thing they got right was the salad and it was swimming in dressing the salad was practically wilted when I got it. The person said they reiterated the order a couple of times when they went to pick it up for me and apparently she was extremely confused and handed them my bag with the correct order on it but not in it.im usually pretty understanding and patient but this experience was a joke and I'm pretty sure I got someone else's order entirely. If you're confused just don't give the customer the food and hope for the best? Maybe make sure you didn't mix up entirely different orders before handing it a person bc it shouldn't have been this difficult for such a simple order. A sick chick just wanted her soup and salad..

Standard take out joint atmosphere with superior food! I gave up on strip mall Chinese takeout decades ago, but joined a friend to try this one. So happy to find the food absolutely delicious! I had spicy shredded pork, she had moo shoo pork. I've since been back and tried the beef how fun. All terrific, including the egg rolls
