Anyone that says anything positive about this location is either being paid to say it or is just flat out lying , Workers at the drive through told me that you are only allowed to order 1 meal per car and I had my girlfriend with me just us 2 . Never ever heard anything like this at a Taco Bell or any fast food place at that , it’s pure laziness and zero oversight , they remodeled a little while ago but that doesn’t cover up the inconsistency of this restaurant. Standards are low already because well it’s casselberry but get real folks

I work very late and thankfully this Taco Bell is open incredibly late... Like 4:00 a.m. I think! This has the best food of any Taco Bell around here. They always get my order right and I usually have a complicated order because I don't like being beans and I'm picky lol.... The food is always hot, Services is alway fast, by far the best Taco Bell in our area!

Staff here is amazing!! I changed my order at last minute (I forgot to say no tomatoes) and they fixed the order without making me feel bad!!! Other restaurants need to learn this from these guys! These guys rock!!!

I asked for a grilled cheese burrito with only refried beans and cheese inside. They understood the assignment and honestly one of the best bean and cheese burritos I’ve ever had. Made my day

I stopped by this Taco Bell real quick to get something and was blown away by the drive thru crew this afternoon (6/22/25) - their generosity and the random act of kindness they displayed today. I appreciate you all so much! Thank you for making my day and for being such genuinely awesome people :)

Best Taco Bell in the area! Food was HOT and FRESH. Even though we paid for Large pops and they had no large cups, Malachi gave us 2 mediums each to make up for it. Wonderful Customer Service :)

Very poor experience, I repeated I needed a pinto and cheese twice, and the cashier repeated it back to me. I go up to the window and apparently she didn’t hear it and she can’t add it. It was literally beans and cheese and told me I had to go back around Very poor Customer Service also they were employees just walking around so I don’t really see why they couldn’t make my pintos and cheese real quick poor excuses poor Customer Service.
I went through the drive thru and it was fairly fast. It is good for fast food.

I was recently denied service at the drive-thru because I am deaf. The staff insisted that I come inside with my service dog, despite my clearly stating that I am unable to do so. I explained that refusing to accommodate my disability is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, yet my concerns were dismissed.
