I’ve literally never left a review before but recently this place has been lowkey ruining my life. Taco Bell used to be fast and easy but recently there have been countless times where orders were supposedly never placed despite being charged, bad and unhelpful attitudes towards customers, the app accidentally charging me and the workers “don’t deal with the app” so they claim that they’re unable to help. Used to be my favorite place but I’ve hit my breaking point truly and now I can’t go back :(

So I wouldn't normally do this but I've called a dozen times and the lazy fuqs can't even pick up the phone! Twice now my order has been screwed up. The last time I didn't leave the parking lot this time I did cause I was heading into work. I ordered a breakfast steak cruch wrap combo but got the nasty sausage instead and my cheese wasn't even melted in it indicating it wasn't toasted long enough!!! I'm doing this in hopes they might see it an get new staff that can actually read!

Workers don't seem the slightest kind or caring to serve any of their customers. We are simple people. Ordered 3 things through the drive thru, two of which were the same menu item. They didn't give us sauces. This location lacks even low-tier acceptable customer service. Gave my boyfriend the runs immediately after eating as well. A bunch of young kids running this place to the ground. As a consumer, just don't support the bad locations and let them close for themselves.If more than a few negative reviews appear at a business in less than a WEEK, you should probably believe them. My mistake was giving them a second chance today, months apart too. Both times failed me.

New layout is weird but I'm probably just uneasy with the new look and miss the old decor.
Taco bell in Casselberry would not give me a receipt for my credit card saying they had no tape in the register. I asked the worker to write the amount down on a piece of paper for my records,she would not,I could hear someone in the kitchen running her mouth which I could not understand what she was saying. I guess it was the manager, poor leadership rude and lazy.why such a problem giving me a receipt. Pityful customer service!

I'll stay neutral on this because I don't want to give a bad rating. I don't even dine at Taco Bell, so this location mus' have gotten caught up in the Google Maps as though I was. I had to have been somewhere near here and it got caught up in the GPS. C'mon Google Maps. You can do better than that/this?
