Best location around. Always willing to go the extra mile when a fat kid comes in on his overnight shift and just really wants nacho fries. Also they don’t close early just because they feel like it like the other location close to here.

I just went through the drive through at this location. I always check my drink to make sure that the tea is unsweet. When I took a sip of the drink I got food from the bottom. There were floaters in my cup. I tried to give it back so that I could get it replaced. I was told in a very rude manner that they cannot take anything back. I told the gentleman again that there was something sold in my drink and I put it on the lip of the drive through window. He flung the drink back at me (and of course it is now litter on the ground). I have never been treated in such a manner.

Went through drive through and didn’t get 90% of my food. When I went back they tried arguing about it, then basically threw my food at me. Good reminder of why I haven’t been in over 5 years, and will not be going again.

Ordered my usual that i get at all the taco bells and was given attitude by a lady at drive thru. I know what comes on the burritos I order all the time and the lady gave me attitude and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and purposefully forgot my drink. Don’t know if she had a bad day, hates her job, or what, but that’s no excuse to be that way towards a paying customer. Do better.

Tell your customers you don't have ice before you go serving them warm drinks with there food. That's disgusting. Use common sense Try saying "sir the ice machine doesn't work, so would you like the meal with the drink or just the food" Anybody with half a brain in there skull could figure that out

My girlfriend and I came here late at night. There was an altercation with the car in front of us, not wanting to leave the drive thru. The employees handled it well, still managed to handle the rest of the people in line, and they still picked up the phone when we called. We weren't able to eat their food, but the establishment should be proud of the way their employees handled such a tense moment. Albeit I was truly entertained, but more so impressed. I will gladly return and order again!

Went here tonight and they told me they were out of a bunch of items due to the hurricane (every meat besides steak, also out of burritos, quesadillas, etc) I was understanding about that and even agreed to the up charge steak would be on every individual item even though it was the only protein available, the woman who was working the drive thru was incredibly rude and almost like she wanted me to just not order anything? All this to get my food that I over paid for and it looks like literal garbage… cold steak, barely any portions of anything on the taco, a literal SPRINKLE of cheese, it was actually really gross. The young gentleman at the cash register was really nice, he probably carries the shift. I wanna stress that I work in the service industry and I understand what to expect with fast food but this was crazzzzyyyy

Man my food was so terribly threw together, with 2 pieces of chicken on the taco, burnt cheese and sloppy. Threw it right in the trash.
They gave me such a low portion size of the nacho fries and the cheese cut didn't even have the cheese covering the bottom of the cup and then the fries were a little soggy. Not to mention everything costs a dollar extra here because it's not a franchise store

This was the worst Taco Bell experience. I am so upset right now. 12 regular hard shell taco for $22. Dollars and some change. This location ran out of lettuce, so I asked her to put a little more cheese on them. They charged $9 for cheese. Ridiculous. Never again. Look how hard and dry everything is. I need my money back.
