No visible signs of management. Bunch of teens working here who have no clue what’s going on. What’s the point of having a drive through if you’re going to make every car “pull around” even if nobody behind them. It’s so archaic that they still run places like this. Pls just go and make room for somebody else.

Never thought I’d say this about a Taco Bell, but the food was overpriced. Ordered a black bean crunch wrap and not only did it have no beans, but it had meat instead, and barely any. It was so small and made wrong. Ate it anyway because I was hungry and didn’t want to complain. Also, why are potatoes offered as an extra but the spicy potato soft taco isn’t an option; that’s literally all I came here for. Staff was friendly… but overall pretty disappointed

I came to this Taco Bell purchase a Luxe Box $6.99 + tax and dined in....Complained about size of portions. Manager very kind ndly tried to remedy my complaint, thank you. We can all be kinder and better Brothers and Sisters to one another. Just because we deal with so many greedy rude angry people in Florida and Orlando, FL we can be accommodating and kind to one another as well as taking care of our paying customers. Be like Jesus and have wonderful customer service. We are all God's Children.

Excellent service, I eat here often and I must say, I have never had a bad experience. Food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Ask for Malekei he always gets my order perfect.

Seriously, I order the same thing everytime with add ons. I pay for them and EVERY time I don’t say something specifically about not getting it usually I don’t get my meal correct. If it was every now and then ok but weather it’s UBER EARTs or in the drive threw it’s ALWAYS wrong here in this one and the other one down the road

Awful location. I used to frequent this one over the others before they went to a corporate location, which I thought would’ve had them held to a higher standard. I was horribly mistaken. The workers just stare at you like they’re confused on why you’re even there, so don’t go in there expecting anything short of a rude interaction. All the old crew is gone, the new one quite frankly sucks. They don’t smile, unless they’re talking badly about customers with other coworkers and laughing about it. Overall, I’ll never go back and would suggest the same for anyone else.

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less, and the wait was so long it felt like I was stuck in a never-ending line. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were nonexistent bland and uninspired. To top it off, my order was completely wrong, and no one bothered to fix it properly. Honestly, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Total waste of time and money.
