Seriously, I order the same thing everytime with add ons. I pay for them and EVERY time I don’t say something specifically about not getting it usually I don’t get my meal correct. If it was every now and then ok but weather it’s UBER EARTs or in the drive threw it’s ALWAYS wrong here in this one and the other one down the road

Awful location. I used to frequent this one over the others before they went to a corporate location, which I thought would’ve had them held to a higher standard. I was horribly mistaken. The workers just stare at you like they’re confused on why you’re even there, so don’t go in there expecting anything short of a rude interaction. All the old crew is gone, the new one quite frankly sucks. They don’t smile, unless they’re talking badly about customers with other coworkers and laughing about it. Overall, I’ll never go back and would suggest the same for anyone else.

This place was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff acted like they couldn’t care less, and the wait was so long it felt like I was stuck in a never-ending line. When my food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were nonexistent bland and uninspired. To top it off, my order was completely wrong, and no one bothered to fix it properly. Honestly, this was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort. Total waste of time and money.

I don’t know what’s changed, but the food is really good! My veggie bowl was on point and actually came out nice and hot, not cold like before. The service was great too.

Never leave reviews for fast food places but I’m having a bad day and all I wanted was Doritos locos tacos and whoever made they literally put them together like they were blind. Missing all the cheese and tomatoes and lettuce on one side and meat on the other, I seriously think a toddler could have made a better Taco.

Literally the worst location of all Taco Bell’s. Idk if he’s a manager but guy who drives the white f150 sucks. Hes in a button up so assume some sort of management. Can’t get anyone to help you at the counter but they’ll stare you down in your face. Took almost 30 mins to get my order for two people. Manager guy just outside smoking a cigarette. Good ol casselberry
