Coming here weekly is a MUST for me. Tainos always has the best flavors, ampt variety and warmth service that invites for a come back.
Everybody is welcoming and helpful but Kleytin and Ashley go above and beyond. These women will greet you with a smile, kind attitude and will always be attentive to details.
The food quality is top. Excellent portions and very affordable prices. Pay for the extra and you'll get more than you bargain for. Menu wise you get everything from PR classics like empanadillas, quesitos and sorullitos to even Iced Coffees and fresh squeezed orange juice. Their breakfast and lunch/dinner menus will please you anytime of the day.
Facility wise I have no complaints either. Although the tables are a little cramped and put together, it's well lit, superbly clean and organized and they have self order kiosks if you want to skip the line. Very conveniently, they also offer to place orders through the phone and you can even pay as well so you can get there and pick up whilst saving some time.
100/10 - Your Loyal Customer.

Great clean bakery. Loved the Tostada con queso and empanada de queso. Coffee needs to be stronger. 😋

First time trying out the bakery in the middle of a busy work day. I came in around 3pm and the place was easy to navigate. Very clean facility. I don’t like having to order form a screen over speaking with a person. Hence 4 stars. I got 4 empanadas 2-chicken & 2- beef,
I also ordered a steak sandwich for sharing and 2 iced coffees. The coffee was fine for a mid day pick me up.
The sandwich was good and the beef empanadas were more flavorful than the chicken! Didn’t have to wait very long and enjoyed the Bakery.

Tainos Bakery & Deli in Casselberry is a hidden gem for anyone craving authentic Puerto Rican flavors with a twist. Their pastrami sandwiches are a standout — tender, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by their freshly baked bread. Pair it with a cup of their rich, aromatic coffee, and you’ve got a meal that hits the spot every time. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, Tainos offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and consistently delicious food that keeps you coming back.

First time trying Taino's and it will not be my last. I'll definitely come again.
You order at these kiosk machines that have plenty of photos, to make the decisions easier.
I had a Tainos Special on wheat. It was filling. I love the fact that you earn rewards day one, and they even let you redeem them on the purchase.
What a neat feature.
Its the little things. The place was clean and service quick

The food is good, but every time I’ve been there, the wait has been long. Today, I placed an online order at 10:35 AM, and my email confirmation said it would be ready at 10:56 AM. I arrived a few minutes early and still ended up waiting almost another 30 minutes, nearly an hour after I placed my order. The restaurant isn’t very large, so it can get chaotic when there’s a large group waiting for their food, especially when the pickup area gets mixed up with the line to order.
I’m not sure if they were short-staffed or just running behind, but I’d recommend avoiding weekends or the 11 AM–12 PM rush unless you don’t mind waiting.
