First time here and can not tell you how great the food was and how friendly the owners are. They definitely know how to make you feel welcome and like family!! We had the coconut breeze and the hangover cure which were so refreshing and the waffles definitely hit the spot!!! A must try when you are in the area :)

I stopped in to the Protein Lab as I was running errands looking for a refreshing drink and found even more. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I had the hangover cure and coconut breeze drink and a mouth watering protein waffle. I highly recommend them if you’re in the area! Two big thumbs up.

This is a great spot to obtain protein shakes prior to and after working out. I had adequate amount protein from my shake to get through my workout. Additionally, they included gluten-free protein powder to my shake because I have IBS. I strongly advise you everyone to give them a try. For extra nourishment, I added a banana and some peanut butter to the salted caramel protein drink that I received.

I got a Green Apple Sunrise refresher and it was amazing!! I dont even like tea lol. Cindy was great and was very knowledgeable and her drink suggestions are amazing!

FY: This is mostly an herbal life storefront. Not a huge deal but the lack of transparency made me a bit uncomfortable and I’m not a fan of MLM companies. The menu says the shakes are plant based and only one of them is labeled to say it has whey but when I asked the employee if the rest of the shakes were vegan friendly she said “I think so” and handed me the Herbalife container. They all have milk except for 1 vegan powder they have not listed on the menu.I didn’t end up trying anything because I was disappointed. The lady that helped me was very kind and understanding but I recommend more transparency in the menu structure and service knowledge.

OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. The Protein Lab has an earthy classic vibe to the place, love the enegery there, super cozy! My God, keep blessing this lady's business! Highly recommend spot. Oh did I forget to say, I will be BACK!!!!
