This was my first time at The Protein Lab and it definitely won’t be my last! Jacky was the one who helped us, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming.
I ordered the Banana Bread smoothie and an Oreo protein donut—both were amazing. My partner got the Strawberry donut, which was also delicious. I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures because I downed everything pretty quickly!
The flavors were spot-on, the textures were perfect, and you can tell everything is made with quality in mind. I’ll definitely be coming back and will make sure to grab a picture next time to share. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a tasty and energizing treat!

My friend introduced me to Protein Lab & Shake Bar a while ago by surprising me with their protein donuts, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I finally found the shop while I was in the area for work, and it did not disappoint. The donuts taste so good, I still can’t believe they are actually low carb and high protein. They even make them fresh to order.
I grabbed an Oreo protein shake too, and it was delicious. Creamy, satisfying, and it actually kept me full the whole ride back home. The staff were really friendly and welcoming.
It was one of those extra warm days, so by the time I got home the donut filling had melted a little, even with the car AC running. Still worth it though. Now I just wish they would open a store closer to me.

If you need a quick, low carb & high protein treat this is the right place to go. I had the Berry Yummy shake and taste was just right, sugar & milk free. At the end has some crack cookie that give a crunchy touch just perfect. Jacky was great providing suggestions. I will come back to try another thing.

First time here and can not tell you how great the food was and how friendly the owners are. They definitely know how to make you feel welcome and like family!! We had the coconut breeze and the hangover cure which were so refreshing and the waffles definitely hit the spot!!! A must try when you are in the area :)

I had the hangover cure and coconut breeze drink and a mouth watering protein waffle. I highly recommend them if you’re in the area! Two big thumbs up.

This is a great spot to obtain protein shakes prior to and after working out. I had adequate amount protein from my shake to get through my workout. Additionally, they included gluten-free protein powder to my shake because I have IBS. I strongly advise you everyone to give them a try. For extra nourishment, I added a banana and some peanut butter to the salted caramel protein drink that I received.
