Came in to pick up an order and was left standing at the pick up area over 20 minutes. 2 people came in after me and received theirs upon arrival. Still waiting and haven’t received an update on how much more time is left till it’s ready. The order was for a single pizza. Terrible service.

The one star reviews here outweigh the 5. You can test your luck but .. don’t really know what else to say besides the chef is rude and if you need a remake because they missed a detail mentioned during the ordering process. Don’t think I’d eat there again after they tried to belittle me for wanting to pay for what I ordered and nothing else.

Definitely not authentic italian dishes..out of a jar and thrown toghether..nothing special .homemade didn't come home here..A for effort..D for authenticity.quality taste..

Horrible customer service. We wanted to order a chicken parm but with fettuccine Alfredo instead of red sauce but did not see the option on DoorDash so we called the restaurant and asked what to do before placing the order. Long story short we ordered it but there was not the option to leave a note or to swap the sauces so we called again after ordering. They said that there is an up-charge for the Alfredo sauce which we had not problem paying but since we ordered through DoorDash we didn’t have a way to pay, they told us that they couldn’t fulfill the order with the Alfredo so they said that we needed to cancel the order. They refused to just take care of it and preferred to loose a client. When we canceled the order as they instructed us we were charged because it said that the restaurant was already working on the order. Its a shame because we are locals and their food is very good but after this horrible experience and the fact that they were so petty and preferred to cancel the order because we had no way to pay the $3 since we were not physically there just blew my mind. Unfortunately we will never support this business again. It was just such a huge deal over $3 that they could have easily taken care of it and make a customer happy. How is it a customer’s fault that you don’t have your menu properly set up with options to add substitutions and allow customers to select these options and pay for these additional up-charges? Such a shame. Properly running a restaurant takes so much more that just having great food but also ensuring that customers are satisfied with an excellent and warm service. Having a successful business sometimes requires the business to absorb certain “losses” in this case $3. You guys lost a good customer over a $3 Alfredo sauce up-charge…

Horrible customer service. I called before placing my DoorDash order to make sure I was selecting the correct options. I was told to choose a sauce, and I explained that the app does not offer an option to change the sauce. I honestly should not have ordered after experiencing the lack of assistance during that first call. Still, I ordered the Chicken Parm and selected “fettuccini,” simply wanting fettuccine Alfredo instead of red spaghetti sauce.

After placing my order, I called again to confirm it would come with Alfredo sauce, since “fettuccini” was the only option available in the app. Instead of helping me make sure the order was correct, they were more focused on telling me about a $3 upcharge than actually providing assistance and still refusing to assist us and still charged us for an order we had to cancel due to the lack of assistance! Will not be ordering from here anymore unfortunately!

where do I even start? this place has been a staple for me and my family for over 10 years. I’ve been coming here since a little girl and to this day, it is my favorite place to get some pizza. The staff always is friendly and welcoming. I don’t live as close to town anymore, but I’ll still stop by every time I’m passing through. 10/10 spot and somewhere I’ll never stop going as long as its open!

For a $29.00 pizza this one was severely lacking. Second time I ordered here and no improvement. I ordered a 16 inch meat lovers. Specifically ordered a crispy crust and got soft dough and more soft dough than meat. I honestly believe that Pizza Hut makes a better meat lover pizza.

Only complaint was we had to ask for a beverage refill. Everything was absolutely excellent from entry to exit with Nona checking in on us twice.
Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
