3/30/25 I had a waffle, 2 eggs over medium, grits, bacon & toast, my friend had a waffle, cheese omelet, grits, & raisin toast, the portions were generous and very good, We would definitely order it again. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful. Everything was very clean including the bathroom. We did have to wait about 10 minutes which was quite reasonable for a Sunday morning. One thing I did miss however was that, they don't shout out the food orders to the cooks like they use too back in the day!

Well where do i start. I don’t even know what it was but this dark grayish ball fell from the ceiling into my food, then, when they bring me a new plate. There was hair in my food so they remade the whole meal. The new food they brought to me had uncooked bacon on it. At least the waffle was good!

Dear Waffle House Management,
I am writing to bring to your attention some concerning behavior I witnessed from one of your managers, MJ, during my recent visit to your location.
MJ was wearing headphones while on shift, which seemed unprofessional and inattentive to the work environment. Additionally, it appeared that MJ called the police in response to laughter, which seemed like an excessive and unwarranted reaction. On top of that, I observed MJ & colleagues speaking horribly l to other , which created an uncomfortable atmosphere for both staff and customers.
I felt that this behavior reflected poorly on the level of professionalism I expect from Waffle House, and I wanted to make you aware of the situation. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more positive and respectful environment moving forward.

Really good food. The cook was excellent and efficient. Waitresses were very nice but distracted, but they didn't leave you hanging.
I'm only giving a one star because I can't call to speak to management to fix this problem. I live too far. I ordered two meals. Two grand slams. Both waffles were supposed to be crispy but they were not at all. I had cheese grits on one and then cheese hash extra crispy with cheese for the other. The cheese grits were perfect but the hash was dry with no cheese. I ordered regular toast on one and raisin on the other. I asked for the eggs scrambled on both and then asked for bacon extra crispy on both. I explained I am vegetarian and do not eat meat and to place the bacon with the hash meal and not the grits meal because that is mine. I said I just take her eggs and my friend can have my bacon. Well I couldn't eat my eggs or raisin bread because they put the bacon on it. I also didn't eat my waffles because they were not cooked all of the way. So I was able to eat the grits which was good and the eggs that didn't have bacon, but that's it. My friend ate half the bacon and went ahead and ate her waffle but we wouldn't have eaten any of it, but you can't even call the waffle House because they have a recorder that is on loop. They were nice there but nice isn't enough. We literally are throwing out all of this food and it's ridiculous that something so simple was just ignored.

The cook burn my food and got my daughters whole order wrong and still screwed it up the second time, so my daughter did not eat it, then there was a problem with a customer and another server. Very poor experience.

We come in a couple of times a week and usually get either Ashley or Amanda and they are always amazing and very on top of things. Constantly checking on us and giving refills when needed. The food is always great. The only issue was the manager Christie. She was extremely rude and having a very loud and inappropriate conversation.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I had to! This is the best waffle house we’ve ever been to!!! From the moment we walked in everyone was smiling, greeting us, and serving with joy. This is a huge different from the waffle houses we usually go to where you can tell no one wants to be working there. The food was amazing and was ready fast. Amanda was our server and she was awesome, made sure we had all we needed before the food even came out. She took great care of us. Were from out of town but if ever in the area we would definitely come back. Kudos to the employees and management here 🙌🏼

Found a piece of melt in my waffle and they had the nerve to be mad at me. Didn’t want to take my meal off for that matter. I really was being nice!! Just go to Waterford Waffle House. thank me later!! The disrespect !!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spaces in the parking lot. There are two doors to get into the restaurant, both, which are not automatic opening doors, so you might need help with getting through the door ways.
