One of the managers was rude i said good morning to him and he just ignore me so i will not be coming back here until he gets his attiude taken care of. I also ask for lettuce on my sandwich they didnt put no lettuce on my sandwich this the second time they did this defintley not coming back the service there sucks.

Don’t order coffee here. I like to do curbside because of my dog. I ordered an iced latte and they made a hot one instead on accident. That’s fine mistakes happen! I kindly asked them to make it iced and they read the label that it was supposed to be iced. Again no problem, they brought it inside to remake it. About 3 min later she comes out again with the same coffee claiming it was iced the whole time…while it’s in a foam cup for hot drinks…it was obvious that they brought the drink in and just dumped a bunch of ice in the hot drink. You know when you dump a bunch of ice in a hot coffee the ice starts to melt and it was doing that. There’s a picture I took when I got home and you can see there’s almost no ice left. Anyway, she comes back and says “Oh it’s the right drink they just made it in the foam cup so it stays cold longer”. Ok I don’t totally believe that, but I’m over it at this point. I just took the coffee and left which was a mistake because I took a sip and it was awful because it was also missing the sweetener. I doctored it up at home and drank it but I’m annoyed I spent $5 on a drink that was made wrong and then they wouldn’t just fix it. I’m done ordering coffee here because of this. If you do just check your drink is correct before you leave. I normally don’t post reviews, and I normally don’t get upset over a coffee, but when you wait all week to treat yourself to a coffee and this is what you get it’s very disappointing. Hope y’all see this and don’t do it again!

Absolutely do not visit this location on a weekend after dark. It’s not safe. They also stole 75 cents from me at the self checkout. Apparently there is some option that pops up to fool you into doing this and then.. oops nothing we can do bc it’s self checkout. Team, what the hell is going on at Wawa? Other locations maintain standards but clearly not this one.
Ordered subs ahead of time, in the app. They werevwaiting when I got there. All went good with the pickup and the subs were very tasty so all went well.

I have been to this location several times. Whether you're stopping for a quick snack or food from the kitchen it's great. I have never once not enjoyed my ordered drinks and food. Self checkout is an awesome fast service option and they cashiers still smile and say hi even if using the kiosk which is nice. Can and do recommend absolutely.
Parking: Huge open lot with lots of parking and easy to navigate. No back entrance unfortunately,

People are nice but I order like 20min ahead and it’s never ready. Do wawa systems not alert them til like the last 5min or something? I’ve had this happen before at other wawas. Also can you PLEASE put a pick up order stand or have like something to tell people the order is almost ready. The frustration these workers must feel with pick up people asking where their order is and door dash shoving their phones in their face. Please put a pick up center in the front I’ve seen it at other wawas have it right in the front.

Just friendly ad ice,do not order the puzza. It's the worst tasting pizza I've ever had. Yes, I know it was my bad for ordering pizza at a gas station lol. I got a great UBER deal so I rolled the dice. I'm now here with half a pizza we can't eat . The chicken noodle soup was very good ?.

I had very few issues here starting out, but they’ve gotten pretty bad. Inventory is usually not placed out (and certain brands in the fridge have the inventory crates visible, but the inventory isn’t replenished… sometimes ever). They seem to stop serving certain items from the deli when they feel like it (yet don’t update the online Point of Sale system). I have had this issue numerous times and requested 2 refunds online, but only received one. No reply whatsoever on the second.Likely a management issue (as some of the employees are really nice). It’s just poorly run compared to other Wawa locations and they seem to have no way to get a refund for an online order.Also had an incident where a handicapped person was really struggling to stand up. The bathroom was being cleaned, and we were waiting for around 10 minutes. I asked if he could come in for a moment and use the restroom since it appeared to be an emergency, and the woman shouted and said it would “be a while”. So I had to guard the women’s bathroom while he used the toilet.Overall, the experiences here with inventory and staff have been quite problematic.

I go to this wawa all the time with my boyfriend & we have never had a problem until today. My boyfriend & I were at the self checkout making 2 separate transactions & he got racially profiled by the cashier this morning. She was in the middle of checking out another couple & stopped mid transaction to come over to me & my boyfriend to tell him he had to scan his drink after he had paid for the first part of our transaction as if we were going to steal it. I don’t know if it was because of his race or his tattoos, but we are regulars at this wawa who would not be stupid enough to ever steal from them. We were just in disbelief that she stopped mid transaction with another customer to come over & act like we were about to steal a drink we were paying for. We are regulars here & have never been treated this way until today. Do not go to this wawa if you want to be racially profiled by an older lady around 11am-12pm on a wednesday.
