A bit ago, they closed down the Casselberry Wendy's and opened this one about 1/8 of a mile down the road. I've gone there a few times when needing a tasty burger and some crispy fries. The service has always been friendly while the burgers and fries have been savory.

Poorly managed. Always out of frostys. Cold fries, black curly hair always in meals. Need to wear hair nets and sweep the floors. Employees doing minimum.

The food is Wendy's so you know what to expect, but the service... holy cow! Nobody at the register, the self service computers where down which I found out after finishing my order and then the manager yelling across the restaurant telling me that they didn't work, then waited about ten minutes to get anyone at the register after looking at the manager several times who was expediting orders and yelling at me this time because I kept looking at him to get service Yelling "someone is coming, be patient!" Really??? Last time I visit that location. All I can say is WOW! ??

They finally fix the AC inside I go in with my kids and wait 15 minutes for No one shows up for me to order. They told me they were coming but ended up only caring about drive thru

Cool Vintage Brick Building Location. I think they are moving soon. Excellent service and food was delicious! Burger had wonderful crispy bacon.

I ordered the no 1, simple right? I pull up to the window and the girl just stuck out her hand for my payment. No " Hi, how are you, or a Thank you. Nothing! Another girl handed me my food and again not one word! The service here is awful! My burger had a stale bun and the tomato was the butt of the tomato. Just gross! I will not return to this location and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to not go there either! Hire better paople and hold the to a standard!

The driest burgers i've ever eaten at this Wendys and they have served dry ones previously,the order was correct but DRY is really an understatement, tasted like they were cooked at lunch and served at 6 pm... they are building a new one at Oxford and 436.... Same dry food,new location... thanks but no! Casselberry has some of the worst Fast Food in Florida....

We waited a long time for the cashier to even acknowledge we were at the drive thru menu. When we pulled around we saw why. Everyone was joking, laughing and talking instead of paying any attention to customers. You could even see people inside just waiting while the employees cut up. Food was ok, not great. Had to go order something we forgot and chose to go inside instead. Same story as the drive thru.

Online orders please managers make sure your employees read the directions that are given in the order because it may be set that way for people who can't have certain condiments I have also been very disappointed in the quality of your food it has been dry and cold and old. For right now I would not recommend this Wendy's location

Gotta be honest..this was one of the best Wendy's I've had in a while. It was like 12am and I was on my way to the hospital to see my girl and I was feigning for a #6, always boosts my spirits, so I stopped by the drive thru. Ordered my #6 spicy chicken and a extra jr cheeseburger..they had it out in less than 2 minutes, remind you it's 12am and usually gotta wait for the spicy chicken that late. Not only were they quick but the woman that took my order and brought the food to my car was super friendly. Once I was able to bite into that spicy chicken my taste buds were like, 'daaaaaaayuuuumm!!' one of the best I've had in quite a while. Fries were golden brown and the tea was blended perfectly... overall I couldn't be happier with the service, speed and quality of food I got from this Wendy's. Keep up the good work! Going to make a late night cruise to this Wendy's more often!

I went here for lunch 09/08/2021 to get lunch. I ordered a 6 piece nuggets and a Baconator double and a diet coke. The meal was good. The hamburger was well made with bacon on top of both patties. Not too much sauce on the burger so it looks much better. The ghost pepper ranch was new. I like that sauce as well as sriracha sauce. Something spicy that is not buffalo sauce. Diet coke for low calorie liquid to wash the meal down. Overall good. I do recommend

This place is a bit ridiculous!!! Today (10/13/21) my husband was in there for lunch and they had the music inside the restaurant extremely loud. I couldn’t not hear him on the phone and he couldn’t even hear the cashier speaking when trying to order his food. I understand listening to music is calming but for it to be so loud you can’t hear anyone else is ridiculous.
