I’ve been here three times and their food is absolutely amazing I’ve never had any problems from them. Food is always fresh customer service is great I love it👍🏿🙂.

Spanish lady red lipstick talked to coworkers the entire time never stopped, never offered hospitality or said Anything to help with the kiosk or anything 30 min. No body sayed anything do i need help i have 2 kids...smh she is the worst manager ..

Quick drive thru on the way home for a burger. Ordering is mechanized now, no human contact until pickup. Machine put everything on the sandwich that I asked to be left off. Burger was good once I scraped all that stuff off.

They have a fancy machine taking orders, but can't follow through on what people order. I ordered sauce with nuggets and got nothing.

came to drive thru tonight. the ai system for ordering was buggy and only let me order one thing. Crystal was quick to help me finish ordering and was super attentive. this is why we need human beings helping with ordering. give crystal a raise

Lady at the window seems as if she doesn't like her job or she's just not happy with life. I have so many reasons to be unhappy and angry at the world, but yet I still choose to treat everyone respectfully and to have compassion. Your attitude is everything. So many people hate their jobs and it's a bad reflection on the company that they represent. I hope she finds happiness and joy one day. 2nd time here and another Manager around 2:30pm on Dec 9th lied me about fresh fries just came up. No wonder she gave me a guilty look when I pulled up and was being served warm fries by her employee. Won't be getting my service again. 2 time's is enough. Horrible service here.

I don't normally complain or leave negative reviews. I worked food service for years so I know how tough it can be but I stood at the register waiting to order for well over 10 minutes without so much as a hello from the four people on staff. The restaurant was not packed and there were not an
overwhelming number of orders. I left without ordering. Good job Wendy's.
