I walked in to pick up an order I placed online. The ENTIRE PLACE smelled like a weed pen was hit 50 times and exhaled into the ventilation system just to spread the smell around the store; it was BAD. I had to wait at the counter for a few minutes before anyone asked me what I needed, and was already getting a headache from the smell. When I checked my food, my order that was supposed to come with a large fries had the tiniest amount of fries I’d ever received from Wingstop, even when ordering a regular size fries. I approached the counter and asked if they were sure that was a large, and they confirmed that it was - which means that Wingstop corporate has seriously decreased their portion sizes (which would be stupid lame) or that they didn’t want to do extra work to get me the right amount of food I paid for. Either option sucks. The only saving grace from my experience tonight is that Wingstop at least has the best ranch of any wing place. Typing this 20 minutes after the experience and I still have a headache from the smell. Unlikely to order from this location again.

Why why why did we change Out on the french fries. The french fries was the best part of the meal. I also think they changed out on the wings as well. Something about the taste was not right or the texture. I can’t put my finger on it.
I rave Wingstop. However, I don’t know about that anymore. Maybe I’m gonna try another location just to see if it differs.
Unfortunately, I will Order just the wings, but it’s not the same without the french fries. It will be a once in a blue moon order. Also, I see they got skimpy on the french fries. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it

Made a order online drove to pick it up was kinda a bigger order they handed us 2 bags and said have a good night and we said we were missing 4 drinks then we get home and realized 4 items from our order was missing too so we call up and get passed around till finally we speak to the so-called manager and we said what happened and she said we'll we handed you 2 bags and my wife said we'll every thing is not in those 2 bags so we came back up to get the food made correctly and fresh and the music is so loud that we cant hear each other the staff ignored us at first knowing what happened then after the food was made the manager came out saying I found the missing items they were in the bag basically calling us liars which my wife took a photo of what we pulled out of the bag and after that too they still forgot something thank God we went through it again so in short foods ok store atmosphere was horrible staff is horrible service is also horrible

You gotta have the ladies wear hair braided, or go back to hair nets! My food was full of hair! I don’t get grossed out if theirs a hair in my food, but 5/6 bites had long hair in the wings, and in the fries!! Nasty! I had to pull hair out of my mouth! Yuck 🤮 I normally don’t complain, but I think something should change.

We have ordered plenty of times from this Wingstop and we were very disappointed this time with our order. The employees were rude to my daughter, when she would ask about a drink they wouldn’t even let her finish her sentence and they were out of a lot their drinks. Our food was cold, we had ordered corn on the cob and instead we got mini corn on the cob. This food was not worth $36 for them to be skimpy.

Carl the manager at the location customer service is terrible. She doesn’t know how to handle customers who call upset about the food the didn’t cook properly. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. If I could give a zero star I would. Trinity is also bad at communication as well.

Food cold corn burnt just everything was not good about the order the fries was not a dish secured so they spilled in the bag smh. Had to go home and put food in the air fryer.
