The food is always good, but they need to tell Door dash to kick rocks at a certain point. About ten orders picked up in the time I sat here for 30+ minutes waiting for 15 wings and fries. This is in no way an employee problem. Everyone there is working their butt off. This is whole heartedly a door dash volume issue. Not sure I’ll be coming back.

I know wingstop can be hit or miss, came Friday afternoon for a mobile order and they did not miss fr. Everything tasted fresh, chicken was nice and crispy, voodoo fries were bussin and hot. The woman at the counter was also super sweet and double checked my order

Well, hate to do this, but i have to. Went to the Wingstop in Casselberry, Fl. Last night and usually they are good, but it was horrible. First, when I walked in was not acknowledged, despite that, the customer that came in behind me was and helped. Then even after I said something still the customer behind me was helped. When I did receive my food everything was there, but cold and had to reheat the food. The fries where still good but the. Chicken was not and side of cheese sauce was cold and the chicken cold. I would have took to back but I was tired. I probably would have overlooked some things but the customer service part sucks. And I spent almost 40.00 to have an unpleasant experience. I don't think I will go back. I use to eat them a lot but I am very disappointed with my overall experience. I know places get busy, but how you treat your customers and quality counts.

I’ve been going to this WingStop since 2008, when I was in middle school, and I’ve loved eating here ever since. I got my wife hooked on WingStop and now we eat here at least every other week! Our wings have always been fresh and delicious, as well as the fries are our personal favorite fries from a restaurant. 10/10 would recommend as my number 1 wing place!

My first time trying wing stop and they were amazing! The only thing I would comment on would probably be the seasoned fries, it almost seems as if they were seasoned with sugar instead of salt accidentally because they were extremely sweet and unfortunately we weren’t able to eat them. But other than that, the wing were delicious and the ranch was the best I’ve ever had.

I ordered online and I accidentally ordered the wrong wings so I called the store 2 minutes after placing order to cancel, first the manager told the employee to lie to me saying that the food was already made. I told them that's impossible because I only ordered 2 minutes ago then he said he voided it but I ordered in December 2024 and it's now February 2025 and I still haven't gotten my refund back.

This store is trash I can’t say it again heaven was a completely rude with me over the phone WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES TO MESS UP MY ORDER I WILL BE CALLING BACK TO SOEAK WITH WILLY THE MANAGER I own a firehouse subs Never have I EVER SPOKEN WITH A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE YOU ALL GOT MY ORDER WRONG I HAVE 3 small children to feed and u want me to come back tomorrow with rotten food completely ridiculous I have NEVER TREATED MY CUSTOMERS IN THIS MATTER U ALL MESSED MY ORDER UP NOW THAT I DONT Want to drive 24 mins back am I being punished I will be back tomorrow for my refund

If you are a delivery driver never accept an order from this location. There have the worst customer service service. Every order will take minimum of 20 minutes to complete. If you’re picking up multiple orders they will not give them to you together , meaning you might be waiting an additional 10 minutes between order pick ups. By far the worst delivery location in central Florida.
