Food cold corn burnt just everything was not good about the order the fries was not a dish secured so they spilled in the bag smh. Had to go home and put food in the air fryer.

Terrible service at this location don’t come here to eat. The employees are on their phones and taking selfies while preparing food. The counter is full of orders, and when someone arrives to pick one up, they don’t even ask which order you’re looking for. They serve you with no patience, and if you ask a question, they ignore you. There’s a heavyset dark-skinned cashier to whom I asked if my order was ready because I had placed it an hour ago(9:20)pm and the app said it was ready (9:52pm) and she didn’t even check if my order was on the pickup table. When I asked her a second time, she said it would be another 10 minutes, even though I had already been waiting for 15 minutes, The first time I asked, she completely ignored me she went to the back and she started doing something else instead checking if my order was ready!!!
I hope a manager sees my comment and takes action to bring order to this place or replaces the staff!!! BAD SERVICE I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

Called and ordered my food over the phone got there 30 mins later to pick up my food. They told me they some how forgot to put my order in . The young lady ring my order up and had me wait .. 35 mins later I asked was my order ready yet and turn out they still hadn't started it yet.. some how it just kept getting lost in space. Got a refund and just left . They Need a whole new crew back there smh

If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered online through there website!!! The address to me was wrong the email said to call winstop to change or cancel i call them and they give me to 3 different people who ask me the whats wrong then they tell me there's nothing I can do to contact doordash I had to google them and call they stated there is nothing they can do to contact wingstop so doordash connects me back to wingstop and she said again nothing I can do she said I will cancel your order but you won't get the money for up to 10 days!!! So I say fine cancel then a few mins later doordash texts me they have my order and are leaving with it. I said to him I canceled he said well I have the order here. I had to meet him down the street with to get my order that was never canceled and when I did get my order half of it was missing!! I will never be going back to casselberry wingstop again!!

I always come here around noon and the staff working that time is always very friendly, they all say welcome to wingstop and they’re always very helpful. And they smile which unfortunately you dont see much at food places nowadays… they’re all great!
And a plus is the foods alwayssss delicious!!!!!!

These people said they can’t make any phone orders. I asked why. She said cause they are short staffed and I would have to come in and order in person, I said well wouldn’t it be better if you took order out order on the phone and told me a longer wait time so I didn’t have to show up and wait a long time. She got super nasty with me and told me this is how it is and then hung up the phone on me. Literally hung up on a customer. 🤮 she should be fired asap. I’m going somewhere else awful customer service.

I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent attempt to place and pick up an order.
On 6/6/2025, I initially tried to place an order via phone but was informed that phone orders could not be accommodated and I needed to order online. I proceeded to place my order online, totaling $50, and received an estimated 30-minute pickup time.
Upon arriving at your establishment to pick up my order, I was informed that there would be an additional 45-minute wait due to the kitchen being backed up. While this delay was inconvenient, my primary concern arose when I requested a refund for my order. Despite multiple attempts, no staff member present at the time was able to process a refund through your Point of Sale (POS) system. I was then advised to call back on Monday to speak with someone who could assist with the refund.
This inability to process a refund on-site is highly concerning and unprofessional. It is unacceptable for an establishment to accept payment for an order and then be incapable of issuing a refund, particularly when the customer's request is due to a significant and uncommunicated delay.
The overall experience, from the initial redirection to online ordering to the extended wait time and, most critically, the inability to process a refund, indicates a clear lack of operational efficiency and customer service. I kindly request a full refund for my order of $50.

With two cashiers at the front, no one should be waiting to order. Dashers should be attended to and food should be handed out as soon as it is ready.
I watched today 6/6/25 at 6pm as two cashiers attended the same person while others waited behind. My food sat on the counter for over 10 minutes! Unacceptable service from wing stop. Make a change.
