Came here Sunday 7:30 , in Google it says opened on Google when you get here it says open on the door but it’s definitely closed cause there’s no one there I’m upset because I took all this time to get here and you should have the right days or whatever that you’re opening it says closed Monday
Every time I have tried to come (now both at night and in the middle of the day), they are closed, even when hours say they should be open.
Im from NYC born raised and to me they are theee best.Even though I came in and the pickings were slim ( was really wanting a Bianca slice) I tried the basil tomato slice and got garlic knots. It was perfect. The Garlic knots A-1 hands down NY style.

I just tried this place for the first time and it was amazing!! The food tastes so real, and not like the regular chain pizza places. Their soup is also outstanding. Very pleased with the service as well!

New York style pizza was pretty good, but I rarely return a second time be aise of the New York style drinks. Why would someone who works outside in the heat and humidity go to eat two large slices of pizza, and then be satisfied with one 12 oz. can of soda or juice to wash it down and rehydrate? Free refills are a must in Florida, if you want most people to visit a se and time. Other than that, the pizza was very good.

One of our favorite places, but they have been closed the last 3 times we have tried to order, once on a Friday, once on a Saturday, and once on a Wednesday. Is this place closed permanently?

My family has been huge fans of zippoz pizza since they opened. We were disappointed when they closed but continued to patronize the business after the change of ownership. We recommended them to anyone who would listen. So when we invited extended family over for Mother’s Day that’s where we ordered from. When my husband went to pick up the order there was a closed sign on the door even though our order had been charged and the online hours said they were open. We didn’t really have any other choice but to scramble to find something open and willing to rush an order big enough to feed 10 people waiting at home which took almost an hour. In the end we got food and it was fine, but it was frustrating and a little embarassing. Zippoz is closed Monday and Tuesday per their website, so I had to wait until til Wednesday to call about our order. The women who answered my call didn’t seem particularly impressed with the situation and said they had been on vacation and their online ordering was “turned off” so….? Except for it wasn’t, and there was no indication anywhere on their website that they weren’t open for business so how would we have known? She was unable to refund me because they use DoorDash’s platform for online orders and just referred us to them to get our money back (she did call her payment processor to confirm this, so there was at least a tiny bit of effort). I felt like it was a bit of a dismissal because I assume that 3 days after a “completed” order they would’ve received payment for it. Door dash took two thirty minute phone calls over two days to resolve the issue, and now we have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Misunderstandings happen, I get it. This wasn’t the end of the world. My problem is that at no point were we even offered an apology for the inconvenience. If I were the business owner I would have apologized profusely and really can’t wrap my mind around being so apathetic. At no point was I rude or looking for free stuff or any compensation other than a simple refund and apology.
TL:DR… we will never order from Zippoz again because they don’t give two rotten anchovies about customer service.

I’m not big on Italian food and this place has the best! Review down below says new ownership. Today is Thursday and they’re closed, even though the sign says closed Monday and Tuesdays
Their Philly cheesesteak is outstanding! I have driven 3 weeks in a row down from Deltona twice on a Monday once on a Tuesday and they have been closed. What is going on??
