Good place good food

I ordered food through their app. I suggest do not use Applebee's app. Then I pulled up in the spot after finally ordering my food through my iPad. It was after 4:30pm and my food was not delivered so i had to go in and it was sitting there on the table. So food was warm, fries were soggy. Drink was watered down.

Jojo is the the worst server I have ever had in the USA. This place is usually quiet leaving zero excuse not to be attentive. Sure, you want to chat and get handsy with your boyfriend but people can see you; this is not appropriate. Food otherwise good and very affordable

We went for dinner and the atmosphere was super pleasant, the attention of the person who served us was great, we ordered a plate of ribs and it was divine along with a hamburger that was delicious, for dessert some fried cinnamon that I loved... The drink that I had I ordered sweet and different but refreshing just the way I like it!!! We will surely repeat!!!

Visited on a Saturday night, we were literally the only ones in the restaurant. I knew this was a bad sign but we were desperate for a place to eat.

The food was very low quality. Greasy, salty, over cooked. It seemed like everything was microwaved.

You can get the same menu at Wendy's and the food will be better.

Prices are very reasonable, service was excellent. Our food took a while which was odd since we were the only ones there. Our server said the kitchen was backed up. I thought maybe he was joking?

It’s a fast food restaurant that offers table service. You’ll be better off at 5 Guys right next door.

Our second time at this Applebees and had a very poor experience. There was a wait at the door even though the restaurant was very empty. The service was good, however after ordering when our food came out we were informed that they were out of the Fish and Chips and we would need to order something else.

My wife decided to order the Tomato Soup so that it would be quick. When the soup came out there was very little soup due to the bowl being loaded with croutons and cheese. I spoke to the manager and requested a soup without the croutons and cheese and voiced my frustration with being told about the missing meal when the rest of the food came out.

When they brought out the extra soup it was in a cup half the size of the last bowl of soup. I was then told that was the portion size of the soup and it was only served in the larger bowl because of the croutons and cheese.

We will not be returning.

Nov 2024 it was a good visit except for the steak, pretty tough for a medium well.

Sub-par Applebee's experience. There was a line at the door because there was no greeter. Not a busy night. A shortage of ready menus for the line of people. Food was correct and up to Applebee's expectations. Waiter never provided refills or checked on us once food was out. Knowing what I know now, will probably not return or recommend.
