The girls that work there don’t even use their words. I asked a question and one of the girls just pointed. Odd & clearly uneducated since they couldn’t even communicate properly. How is this establishment even open? Embarrassing.

Went to two different baskin robbins in the area. Based off the online menu it has the full menu. Went to two different locations that don't have brownie sundaes nor do they have all the flavors, but if you attempt to place an online pick up order you can order things that they don't even have. The website needs to be fixed to display what's in the actual store.

They did not have any ice cream. The employee that was there, a girl with blue hair just said no ice cream, no apologies at all and she started laughing. Don’t waste your time going there.

I am very upset. This is the third time I have gone to this store. They take a long time. They do not have good customer service. The people who work here without putting their hair up do not have good cleanliness when they are preparing the products. The person who served me was at the checkout without doing anything and left me waiting for no reason to serve me without courtesy and his response was, hey, what do you want? I'm not going back to this store. They have to change the employees and the way they are. working customer service because when it was terrible customer service. I'm not going anymore.

This place is horrible. Horrible ice cream and horrible service. Not to mention really hard to find. The ice cream was all old and had melted and refroze, gritty ice cream. Not creamy at all. They aren't friendly at all and act like they don't want you there. They don't even know what's on their own menu. It's crazy. There's a reason why this place only has 1 star. Trust it.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. IT TOOK ME HOURS TO TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND THE WEBSITE FOR THIS STORE IS BROKEN. ,I CALLED THEM 50 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS. A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE. I'VE REPORTED THEM TO CORPORATE. TERRIBLE LACK OF SERVICE.

Went in at 4:00 on a Tuesday and the guy said they weren't doing Baskins right now. I asked him what they do with all of the tubs of ice cream and he just shrugged. I guess he was only trained in the Dunkin side of the store and ice cream was too difficult. Wouldn't recommend.

Terrible service, in the middle of the day they kicking out customers from their store. They really don’t want people here at all.

Tried to open the door at 7:57pm and they had it locked! There was a guy inside with his dog, but no one would answer the door. The sign ON THE DOOR says they close at 9!

They do not answer phone! Ordered cake and prepaid. Been calling for 2 days.

The staff here was quick and efficient. It is located in a far corner of its little plaza. It is inside of a Dunkin Donuts. They honored a birthday ice cream scoop reward I had, I recommend signing up if your birthday is in proximity.Nothing to complain about

We had a wait time. Very busy location! I didn’t mind the wait time especially when the employees have awesome customer service! EJ I appreciate your patience, because my grand-daughter and I couldn’t decide what we wanted because the options were very limited.
