No ice cream at 5pm on Saturday

Showed up 35 minutes before closing and was told they weren’t serving ice cream anymore. I would think they would serve ice cream until closer to close time.

so, I would guess that at the VERY LEAST to work fast food - any type weather it be coffee, ice cream or burgers you would Have to at LEAST possess the skill to listen and follow directions. well at this location of Baskin-Robbins this is a skill that nobody has. I simply ordered two scubes of cookies and cream. One scoop of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles on it and then I asked them for another vanilla scoop with sprinkles on it. So that's one scoop of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles another vanilla scoop with sprinkles in two scoops of cookies and cream. they bring me the two scoops of cookies and cream and then hand me two scoops of vanilla with sprinkles on it and I said no this is for TWO children I need each one scoop in one cup with sprinkles so they took the cookies and cream and split it up into two cups and the vanilla and split it up into two cups. it was absolutely ridiculous. I have never seen such ridiculousness. I did not request ANYTHING remotely complicated. 😂 not only the mess of the world they didn't even rescue the ice cream, they took the second scoop that was on top of the first goob and threw it into a cup and handed it to me. 😂 I can't ... please hire people who can listen and do what's asked.

Just went to get a milkshake at 7:40pm. Waited 5 minutes until I said “hello?” And a lady finally replied I asked for a milkshake and was told “there is no ice cream”. Multiple times they tell me they don’t have chocolate ice cream. But no ice cream at all now it is out of hand here.

Would be a Zero if they let us. Believe what has been previously written, this place was horrible. It is not marked on the outside and upon entering there was one associate conversing with her friend and another just standing at the register staring into space. When we finally did go over and pay, after telling the cashier what we wanted, the same cashier had to come over and serve us the ice cream (while the other lazy employee not only did not help, but proceeded to scoop some ice-cream into a cup and give it to her friend for free.) Do not, I repeat, do not come here. You will regret it. If the mgr/owner reads this, give me your email address and I will chat more. I can't recall a worse experience trying to get served in my life!!

Horrible customer service. I got to this location when I went to the register I asked for what I want and the cashier just look at me like she don’t hear me at all I have to repeat myself 3 times and she told me she don’t know what I want to order, so the employees here know the menu? Because is look like they need more training on that and how to do a better customer service. when she finally understands what i want im waiting for do my payment she just look at me and im like can i pay for my order she just reply there pointing where i have to swipe. then when finally gave me my coffee she put on the counter like shes mad. whats going on at this place, is horrible. btw i ended up buying only coffee because the donuts had a lot flies inside there. 0/2024 Time: 4:40pm

Went on Tuesday the 21 of January at 3:45PM. They made me wait for around 5 minutes when there was no one on line to tell me that they didn’t have any base for the Blast. The cashier was rough, not even an apology. At the end is not about your 86 items, it’s about how you treat your customers.

The girls that work there don’t even use their words. I asked a question and one of the girls just pointed. Odd & clearly uneducated since they couldn’t even communicate properly. How is this establishment even open? Embarrassing.

Worst employees, so rude, uneducated, not professional, and definitely they need to get fired or paid super low wages.

Went to two different baskin robbins in the area. Based off the online menu it has the full menu. Went to two different locations that don't have brownie sundaes nor do they have all the flavors, but if you attempt to place an online pick up order you can order things that they don't even have. The website needs to be fixed to display what's in the actual store.

They did not have any ice cream. The employee that was there, a girl with blue hair just said no ice cream, no apologies at all and she started laughing. Don’t waste your time going there.

I am very upset. This is the third time I have gone to this store. They take a long time. They do not have good customer service. The people who work here without putting their hair up do not have good cleanliness when they are preparing the products. The person who served me was at the checkout without doing anything and left me waiting for no reason to serve me without courtesy and his response was, hey, what do you want? I'm not going back to this store. They have to change the employees and the way they are. working customer service because when it was terrible customer service. I'm not going anymore.

This place is horrible. Horrible ice cream and horrible service. Not to mention really hard to find. The ice cream was all old and had melted and refroze, gritty ice cream. Not creamy at all. They aren't friendly at all and act like they don't want you there. They don't even know what's on their own menu. It's crazy. There's a reason why this place only has 1 star. Trust it.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. IT TOOK ME HOURS TO TRY TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE AND THE WEBSITE FOR THIS STORE IS BROKEN. ,I CALLED THEM 50 TIMES AND NO ONE ANSWERS. A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STORE. I'VE REPORTED THEM TO CORPORATE. TERRIBLE LACK OF SERVICE.
