This place is horrible. Horrible ice cream and horrible service. Not to mention really hard to find. The ice cream was all old and had melted and refroze, gritty ice cream. Not creamy at all. They aren't friendly at all and act like they don't want you there. They don't even know what's on their own menu. It's crazy. There's a reason why this place only has 1 star. Trust it.

Went in at 4:00 on a Tuesday and the guy said they weren't doing Baskins right now. I asked him what they do with all of the tubs of ice cream and he just shrugged. I guess he was only trained in the Dunkin side of the store and ice cream was too difficult. Wouldn't recommend.

Tried to open the door at 7:57pm and they had it locked! There was a guy inside with his dog, but no one would answer the door. The sign ON THE DOOR says they close at 9!

The staff here was quick and efficient. It is located in a far corner of its little plaza. It is inside of a Dunkin Donuts. They honored a birthday ice cream scoop reward I had, I recommend signing up if your birthday is in proximity.Nothing to complain about

We had a wait time. Very busy location! I didn’t mind the wait time especially when the employees have awesome customer service! EJ I appreciate your patience, because my grand-daughter and I couldn’t decide what we wanted because the options were very limited.

We tried to get ice cream there at about 8pm and they were closed and cleaning up. The posted hours on the door say they are open until 9.Apparently this is a common issue having read reviews.So, this isn't a review of the product or service....just the fact that they are not open to their door posted hours.If you walk next door, Walgreens has some fine ice cream in their freezers.
Came here at 6:30 pm and they already put all of the ice cream away even though they don't close until 9 pm.

To the person who owns this Baskin Robbins, your black lady manager Alexa is incredible rude and just lost you a regular customer. I live across the street, have spent a lot of money at your store the last couple years, but you will never see another penny from me or my family and friends. To everyone else who reads this review, avoid this place at all costs!!! Take it from a local, there are much better options. For your pastry and coffee needs, there is a Panera Bread in the same strip mall complex, just a little bit behind this Dunkin Donuts. There is also a Starbucks right across the street. At this Baskin Robbins location, they only had 4 flavors available and the ice cream in each container was covered with a visible layer of ice and freezer burn. I'm sure it would have tasted awful. Instead, go to the Cold Stone Creamery that is only a half of a mile away.
