I love Buca di Beppo and have always had top quality meals. Celebration location food was substandard and disappointing
Only 1 waitress. Chef had to leave the kitchen to assist. Of course, food was slow coming, sub par, cold, etc. And the bill was family style pricing — we had to toss out all the leftover the next day. Unappetizing when the dishes were served and profoundly inedible as leftovers.
We haven't been to Buca in a while, but went with some friends for dinner and were delighted to find that it is still delicious. We had a great dinner with great service. We'll definitely be back.
worst Eggplant Parm ever it wasn't edible. tried to saw it with a steak knife and it was still hard to cut. we sent it back. People were nice. They offered us something else it's place. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs took so long that we just took it to go. That was ok . No Buss so our dirty plate sat there the whole time we waited. I would not recommend it.
It is great for a family. Two of us went not realizing that everything was served family style. Our order of Salad and egg plant could have easily fed a family of four. Definitely a place for a group of four or more. Otherwise you go home with dinner for 2 more nights. Waitress was excellent and did explain family style.
We usually love Buca- this one had super slow service and the food was just OK. Garlic bread was dry and our salad was soggy. Our waitress forgot my wine and just never checked on us. It was just OK
We didn't realize until we arrived that this restaurant served big family portions. However, we decided to stay for some pizza. The pizza was adequate in taste, but very expensive for what we got. The hostess/waitress was nice, but very inattentive to our needs. We had to ask for napkins & parmesan cheese, and then we couldn't get her attention for more water. The place was not busy at all. Overall, I couldn't recommend it, and we'll never eat there again.
It's the good ol standard Italian restaurant. The ambiance is what you go for; the food is good to great, but it's not like a "everything from scratch" mom and pop place, but it's a well-run chain restaurant. Our server was fantastic, on the ball, and friendly. If you have large groups or kids and you want reliable, good Italian food, I'd give this a go.
Food was fantastic, huge portion sizes & prices were reasonable! Will visit again when on vacation!
Our waitress Cameron was awesome and the staff assisting us and ensuring we had the Pope room for a birthday celebration was great!

We were totally disappointed with the lasagna. It tasted dry, burnt and not freshly made. Never again.
We sat and ordered appetizer and then drinks, asked about if wife can can just have pasta with oil on it and answer was nope menu is it , do you have a dairy free menu and she didn't know, the oil dish sat empty and no bread yet. Asked server and said back in a few minutes. The main meal and appetizer were all out at same time and then we were asked how it is and we said all came out at same time, she said that happens. We have ordered single meals at lunch, but dinner menu is very confusing, and server not trained to answer questions .
I arrived a little early and was seated immediately, my server provided EXCELLENT service! Made worthwhile suggestions! And the meal turned out absolutely fantastic. She checked on me on a regular's and never questioned my dining decisions, Management should be proud to have such an employee!!!
Ok but felt very rushed bread arrived with the main course we were fed and out of there in 40 minutes flat felt like they wanted us out so they could have the table. A Bit disappointing on Thanksgiving
Was a great thanksgiving day experience for our family. The food was delicious and price was reasonable.
