Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

I arrived a little early and was seated immediately, my server provided EXCELLENT service! Made worthwhile suggestions! And the meal turned out absolutely fantastic. She checked on me on a regular's and never questioned my dining decisions, Management should be proud to have such an employee!!!

Ok but felt very rushed bread arrived with the main course we were fed and out of there in 40 minutes flat felt like they wanted us out so they could have the table. A Bit disappointing on Thanksgiving

Was a great thanksgiving day experience for our family. The food was delicious and price was reasonable.

We took advantage of the special Thanksgiving feast offered by Buca. The feast of turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans, and pumpkin pie was excellent. While the fare is usually Italian, this truly American Thanksgiving was scrumptious.

Have not been to this chain in quite some time as they have closed the location that was near me, but stopped in to the one in Orlando. I must say that the food was not as good as it use to be. Minestrone soup came out looking like a tomato stew and it was cold. Portion size was still good amount of food. Ambiance was still the same which is similar to being in an Italian home on a Sunday. As restaurant chains go, it still delivers a decent value but management needs to be on top of the product coming out of the kitchen especially in this area where there are literally hundreds of choices available. Shame, because I had fond memories of dining at this chain on multiple occasions when the food quality and service were always top notch.

I don't mind spending $25 for bruschetta but all we got was cut up tomatoes and onions. No garlic no seasonings no basil. It was like opening a can of tomatoes. Also the little bread crackers is not what I'm used to getting with bruschetta On a good note the apple salad was delicious

Our waiter was a very nice guy, just a little in attentive to the need for drink refills for a large party. The calamari was chewy and tasteless, the cheesy garlic bread was good but too toasted because the cheese was a little hard, the antipasto was good. The baked rigatoni was undercooked and there were some very almost doughy pieces and not enough ricotta cheese, the spaghetti and meatballs was disappointing because the meatballs were hard and overcooked. The bottles of wine were not very good either they almost tasted bitter. For spending over $500 for an engagement meal for 9 people we were all very disappointed and I love Buca normally.

Had to try this place of my bucket list, it didn't disappoint at all.

The food was a bit expensive. No to go cups for beverages. Service was so so. The food was good but garlic bread was a dollar a slice. We added chicken to the pasta for five dollars and got for small pieces.

The vibe was great, food and portions were awesome, as for Audrey, she was spot on. Very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and on top of everyone’s orders. She was very attentive and professional. Never once had to ask for refills and she handled a group of 7 with ease, and thats not even including the other tables she had. Always impressed when someone can take everyone’s order without writing anything down and being correct when food the comes out. Top notch service from Audrey.

Amazing experience by Christina and Audrey. Went for a company annual dinner, and they were speedy and pleasant with everything. Very appreciative of what they offered and can't wait to come back next year. Thanks again!
