Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

For two people, this was too high priced. If you order à la carts, they are too expensive for just two people. I would have preferred individual servings. Wife and I had a pasta meal no salad water and the bill was almost $38 will not return

Love going to Bucca with Family. Food was great as well as the service. Staff is so friendly

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Buca di Beppo in Celebration, FL. My family and I arrived around 8 PM, having traveled from South Florida specifically to enjoy dinner here—a place we’ve visited and enjoyed in the past. However, we were refused service by Casey, the assistant manager, simply because we did not have a reservation.

I asked to speak with a manager, hoping to explain our situation and the fact that there were multiple empty tables available and she said she was the manager. Unfortunately, we were still turned away. The lack of flexibility and hospitality was incredibly frustrating, especially after a long trip.

We ended up going to Little Italy across the street, where we were welcomed warmly and provided with excellent service. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend Little Italy instead.

Sadly, I can no longer recommend Buca di Beppo in Celebration due to the poor customer service we received.

food was hot and amazing. service was great. we were seated right away and the restaurant was fun with awesome kitchy decor

Our server Stephen was fantastic! He was super friendly and outgoing made our whole night. For a chain the food was on point, delicious, well seasoned, and came out hot. If I could have given this review 10 stars I would have!

For a chain food is excellent

Fantastic experience with great food. Carlos treated us well and the spaghetti and meatballs were remarkable.

Food service took a very long time. Roughly 45 mins from order to it arriving and it was spaghetti!

Brought relatives to visit the restaurant for their first time and they were so impressed. The food was delicious as usual. Our server was incredible, she was diligent, patient and friendly. Buca di Beppo in Celebration is one of my favorites restaurants in Central Florida.

The server was incredible. I'm a restaurant GM and love to see such great service. Food quality was excellent. Overall, excellent experience. Will be back.

Every time we come to Disney (2-3x year), we make a point of coming here with family, but every year it has got progressively less great. The 1st time was about 4 years ago, and it was so amazing we started a tradition. But we decided today that this would be our last time. The chicken was so dry and hard I could have thrown it like a frisbee. It's just that we've witnessed the food quality go down over several years. Time for a new tradition.

food was awful we took my family after my graduation after raving about the food. The pasta was burnt the rest of the food was cold and disgusting AND the a/c was broken. Our server was great at least.

Service was great, our waitress was very good & pleasant! However, the AC was out - it's FL w/summer heat! Upon check-in they should've let the patrons know...yes, you'll lose some money, but that's the price of business sometimes - it was so hot & stuffy, they didn't let us know the AC was out until after we had already ordered our food (we weren't gonna leave at that point). The manager didn't walk around to tables to explain or apologize. *Knowing we had a party reservation - when they realized the AC broke they should've gotten in touch with us to let us know, so we could've booked the other location. It made memories but was very uncomfortable...the ice melted so fast in our drinks (to give you an idea) & we kept ordering more water refills to stay cool (didn't work). Not cool Buca Celebration!...especially for how expensive it is! If there was a cooler area in the restaurant they should've told us & moved us there! Fail on the Management/Manager! Especially since our party paid at a minimum $700! Will not return to this location or recommend...there's nothing around there anyway (we just thought it would be a little nicer than the Orlando mall location).
