Its incredible the time mydelf and a whole line of costumers had to wait to get food, starting by how the employees where more worried on how many hours the had to work and disccussing it in front of a whole line of clients instead of serving the food and doing their job , basically carry put service is not selling their food , they made me wait 10 min because the chips the had where for online orders only, its ridiculous how the employees work and think , also the cook when asked for more riced dropped a pot in disbelive like if he was asked for a miracle , the drive thru ordes lady was horrible at service treating people bad , also the other one working there was horrible qith therir service

I ordered a salad to go online from this Chipotle. I arrived to pick it up and asked if it was possible to get a second salad dressing. The to-go person went into the back for a few minutes and came back out to state they did not have any dressing. I then asked if my salad to-go bag at least had one as it was a salad and should have a dressing. He assured me it did. I went outside and checked the bag and it in fact did not. I went back into the restaurant and before I even had to ask they had magically made a to go salad dressing appear. They clearly new they did not pack one to go in the and clearly knew they had dressings available and were withholding them for to-go orders to be able to provide them for in-person guests dining at the restaurant. The frequency in which they opt to not provide this in to go orders is frustrating and it is even more frustrating when a customer is lied to. I like the food the company provides but they need to do quality control and ensure they are providing all items that are being promised in an order.

It was roughly 8pm. Not too many people for how they rush you through the line which was rude. Tables were nasty and no thank you’s after paying. Food was good though. Normally don’t eat in because of the squalor but it was mom’s birthday and she wanted it. Definitely won’t eat I side again and hopefully the new chipotle opening up will be better.

For lunch today I stopped in at this location I have been here several times not to many issues with my food there was a customer sending back his rice one day because it wasn’t cooked so we all awaited on fresh rice but today I arrive around 1:30pm and I notice no fresh food being prepped at all on the grill like they normally do to rotate the fresh chicken nothing was being prepped at all so I order a chicken bowl for dine in ice machine was out so I had to have a meal with no drink I didn’t want any of the other drinks from the cooler as I walk around to find a place to sit all of the tables are dirty I went to the cashier to ask could someone clean the tables off I told her I was going to sit at the high top table she only cleaned that area and left all the other tables dirty with food on them I sat and started to eat my food a few bites in I realized I wasn’t enjoying my food so I went to ask for a manager to make them aware a young guy asked me the issue I told him my chicken wasn’t hot and I had big lump balls of rice which I had put in a napkin to show him he went to the back and told the manager that I wanted a refund which I didn’t ask for a refund I just wanted fresh hot food which again nothing was on the grill or being prepped the line was starting to pile up so I young lady comes from the Back and she tells me that they can’t offer me a refund because I had ate half of the food I told her I never asked for a refund and I removed my lid to show her that I didn’t eat half of the food because i didn’t like it so another young lady chimes in and asked what was the issue with my bowl she began to tell her and they are both telling me well even if they remake it it’s the same food coming from the same line and that the food is fresh they just opened chipotle doesn’t open at 1:30 and at that hour of the day almost all chipotle locations have fresh meat in rotation coming off the grill and they did not I told her they were being defensive and combative about my experience with my food they told me they aren’t being combative and defensive the young lady eventually makes my bowl fresh from the line I guess for online orders when she gave me my bowl the chicken actually was hotter and tasted better but I will not be returning to this location due to the cleanliness and the unnecessary back and forth between the staff about my experience it was unprofessional clean the tables off.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Kissimmee location today. The employee named Leslie was extremely rude, gave me less than the normal portions, and acted annoyed when I politely asked for more. Her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and completely ruined my mood. As a former Chipotle employee, I know this is not how customers should be treated. Very upsetting.

It’s 720 and they are out multi items, kid behind said they are not making any more and they close at 11! When asked if the take out had some fajitas of they could add a few they told me know that I had to place the order online and wait 20min
