Columbia Restaurant - Celebration

The perfect place to celebrate a milestone anniversary, we chose Columbia Restaurant in Celebration Florida as our destination. Our sweetest server, Diara, served up our house favorites of 1905 salad (the freshest ingredients), La Completa (a smorgasbord of columbian dishes), delicious key lime pie, and sangria to make our evening special. Definitely a dining experience worth its wait in gold. Diara kept us well attended and provided our leisurely dining the splendid ending to the evening. She asked us what was the secret to a lasting relationship. The answer is love, kindness, patience, forgiveness and of course celebration with great food and caring service. Please to report all accomplished!

Colombia is ALWAYS a must go to when in the area. We have been to several, bust mostly the original in Ybor and this location lives up to their namesake!

A very enjoyable evening . Excellent service from Yalitza. The Tapas starters of chicken croquettes and beef empanadas were beautiful accompanied with the best Cuban bread in the USA ! The main courses of langoustine cannelloni and chicken salteado were perfectly cooked and exceptionally flavoursome . We will be returning soon.

Service is always impeccable. Having a menu that never changes keeps the quality, and means I am never disappointed that my favorites are not available. The timing of the courses was also on point. Very pleasant staff, we were seated at our reservation time even though the restaurant was full. I especially liked that. Parking was, and is challenging, especially as there was a large event last evening. If you cannot get to the original Tampa location , Celebration is still an excellent choice.

Had a great experience had a great experience. The first time I went, but the second time I must've ordered the wrong dishes. The paella was extremely salty, and the fish was overcooked mentioned to the wait staff and did not get much more than just an acknowledgment.

I bought an out of town coworker here for lunch. We had a great meal, nice enough to be a treat for a visitor but quick enough to still be a work lunch. Our server was wonderful.

Always delish!!! Love the 1905 salad, scallops and pollo manchego! Get the pitcher of red sangria!

We love the Columbia resturant and try to make sure we eat here every time we're in town. The 1905 salad is our favorite!

As always very consistent in service, food quality and atmosphere. Can never go wrong with the 1905 salad which was wonderful and worth the visit alone. Entrees very good came out very quickly and were quite tasty. My only cons are they are trying to turn the tables very quickly so if you want to take your time and enjoy your evening at a bit of a slower pace you might need to consider somewhere else. We come here every time we are in a city with a Columbia as the food is that consistent.
