It was a busy Saturday night so we expected to wait a while. The wait wasn't too bad. Our waitress, Angela, was very prompt and knowledgeable. We ordered the 1905 salad. It was the best salad I've ever tasted. My wife ordered the stuffed grouper and enjoyed it. My Bambino steak however was a bit of a disappointment. I asked for medium-rare and it was more to the medium doneness. It was very tough for a NewYork strip. Angela asked if I wanted another but I had already...
It's been a while since I dined at the Colombia Restaurant, but it still is as good as ever. We enjoyed the classic 1905 salad and a half Cuban sandwich. Delicious. Next time I may try some of the suggestions my server made. They sounded void as well!
We just love this place. Ordered Palomilla Steak Sandwich and Pollo Manchego and both were prepared with excellence. Our table was waiting for us on time and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. Especially like the permission to bring our dog.
