Downtown Diner Celebration

We were there this morning and thought the breakfast and vibe of both the staff and regulars of this diner was very unique! Not terrible prices for a touristy area. A shout out to 2 guys at the table next to us who were customers, we think we heard one of the employees call one of the two guys Eric and the other Gavin, and to an employee Angel (we may be off on on his and the guest names too but my point of my review will be the same). So, these customers were obviously regulars and we could see they knew all the staff really well, and vice versa. Celebration is already like an era gone by, and it was really cool to see the genuine interaction, and it set the tone for the restaurant and our entire visit. You come here for the experience and not speed, but their server saw we didn't have drinks yet and helped us (tall african-american guy) and the two regulars heard us asking after a while when our server would finally show up for our breakfast order so we could go play the mini-arcade games. When Angel who was not their server or ours came by to just greet them and wish them a Happy Thanksgiving, they let him know that they think we may have been waiting a while and maybe hadn't ordered, and Angel introduced himself and kindly and eagerly took our order. In short, this place feels like a kind of place where everyone, even the local guests, are inviting and upbeat. The music, TVs with 80s shows, 80s knickknacks and little games were neat too. The only misses were the lack of good desert options and the server assigned to us that mostly just bought the bill.... But we will be back based on the overall experience and food!

Talk about great diner comfort food in a perfect Americana setting with a view of the lake. You can’t get much better than this! Don’t miss out on this gem! Graelen, our server was amazing and provided great recommendations. Make sure you try this spot!

I ordered the Healthy Breakfast with egg whites, turkey bacon, whole-grain toast, and fresh fruit, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. The egg whites were fluffy, the turkey bacon had great flavor, and the fruit was super fresh.

If you plan to visit, I highly recommend going on their website and making a reservation ahead of time. It makes getting seated so much easier, especially during busy hours.

This place was awful! We had such high hopes coming here & was extremely disappointed! I’m not sure what their definition of a smash burger is, but it was barely a burger. It was just a thin, single patty that barely fit the size of the bun and it was undercooked.

We have been a few times for breakfast. Enjoy the large menu choices and service. Very casual indoor/outdoor seating. Lots going on in Celebration all year round to people watch. This last time Carmen took great care of us. Say Hi! Some favorites are their Celebration platter, omelettes, burritos and pancakes. Enjoy!

First visit. Celebration town square is a great place to visit for shopping, walking, and eating. The Diner had a Disney vibe with an excellent menu and food choices
