Food is good, mainly enjoy breakfast. Glad they are open late, which is more convenient. Very helpful personnel.

First and foremost, our server MartinR was fantastic. A very personable and kind man, the food was wonderful and the energy of this diner exudes an environment where the people who work here are happy to be here. Also the ice was perfect ice nuggets as per my girlfriend. Would recommend to anybody who likes good music, good energy, and good food. 10/10 would come here again.

We waited about half an hour to be seated but it was absolutely worth it. There is a lot on the menu to choose from and a lot of it is not your run of the mill restaurant breakfast food. Our meals were delicious and the waiter was excellent. The atmosphere is very nice. I'd recommend it to anyone.

This was located in a VERY cute town, almost looks like a small town in a movie setting. Our waiter seems a bit distracted and maybe overwhelmed because he wasnt as attentive to his own section. Instead, he was helping other tables at the patio, walking around, etc. just everywhere. Our brunch was very good and kids loved the Dutch baby while I ordered a PB&J French toast.

We were a group of six plus a baby, last day In Orlando getting ready to drive back home needed something to eat where we wouldn't wait forever. Called while in line at another place they said they could seat us so we came and they accommodated although it looked busy got sat right away manager was super nice and helpful. Outgoing white guy (Mike) really nice seemed genuinely cool, our server was attentive and kind her name was alex food came quick too! Overall great experience because of these two in specific AND the skillet I got (south of the border) was very good and not to bad for price. Iced coffee was cheap and in a huge cup which I liked. (I'm stealing the cup) that is all.

I really only try to leave reviews for places I recommend, but sadly I feel obliged to leave this review. The food was great. However, I had quite the unfortunate interaction with the owner, Adrian. I have to say I have never met someone so rude in the service industry. He may be the absolute worst food business owner I have ever come across. Our first interaction was when he bolted out to my table outside, got in my face and demanded me to stop feeding my pug little pieces of ham from my plate of food, and then backed up and stood and stared at me to make sure I wasn't doing it. The statement was "You can't do that" as my dog was eating a pencil-eraser sized piece of ham from my fingers. I asked to speak with him after I had paid to see if someone had complained or what the issue was . He comes back to the table after I pay, bends over and gets right in my face once again, very aggressively. I asked him if someone complains, he says no, no one complained, and then goes on this rant about health code violations with dogs at restaurants. I take my pug literally everywhere with me when I am able to eat outside and have never had such a horrible experience with a food business. When I try to have a civil conversation with him, he stands up, looks at me in the eyes, and aggressively says "I'm not going to continue listening to you", turns around and walks back inside. I was midsentence. I have never ever in my entire life met someone in the customer service industry That is so rude. He did not care about customer satisfaction. He did not care about being polite. He was entitled. He was rude. He was aggressive, and it is such a shame that a place with so much potential has such a rude, arrogant, entitled owner. I pray that this restaurant changes ownership soon so that I can come back, but until Adrian is out of the business, I cannot give my money to a place with such a rude owner. Also, I am very interested in what his response will be to this, as I cannot wait to see the lies that he puts on his response, if he puts one, because he knows he was in the wrong, l but I think he is too arrogant to even admit that because he couldn't even have a civil conversation with a customer. If you want to support a local business, go next door to the tavern, where the customers are appreciated!!

I have to say I have never met someone so rude in the service industry. He may be the absolute worst food business owner I have ever come across. Our first interaction was when he bolted out to my table outside, got in my face and demanded me to stop feeding my pug little pieces of ham i tore off from my croissant sandwich, and to put him on the ground. And then backed up and stood and stared at me to make sure I wasn't doing it. The statement was "it needs to be on the ground, and You can't do that" as my dog was eating a pencil-eraser sized piece of ham from my fingers. I asked to speak with him after I had paid to see if someone had complained or what the issue was . When I try to have a civil conversation with him, he stands up, looks at me in the eyes, and aggressively says "I'm not going to continue listening to you", turns around and walks back inside. I was mid-sentence. He would not let me say one complete thought without him speaking over me in an elevated voice. I felt uncomfortable as people around could definitely see and hear him raising his voice at me and my wife. I have never ever in my entire life met someone in the customer service industry That is so rude. His response to anything I was saying was that he worked hard for his business so I guess that gave him an excuse to be rude.? I'm still just mind blown that somebody with a personality like this can own a customer facing establishment. It's really sad. He did not care about customer satisfaction. He did not care about being polite. He was entitled. He was rude. He was aggressive, and it is such a shame that a place with so much potential has such a rude, arrogant, entitled owner. I pray that this restaurant changes ownership soon and the current owner can find a buyer who actually cares about their customers so that I can come back, but until Adrian is out of the business, I cannot give my money to a place with such a rude owner. Also, I am very interested in what his response will be to this, as I cannot wait to see the lies that he puts on his response, if he puts one, because he knows he was in the wrong, l but I think he is too arrogant to even admit that because he couldn't even have a civil conversation with a customer. I have been here multiple times with my dog and never had any issue. All the waiters waitresses and host staff love it. I also want to note that of the multiple times I've been here not once ever has any employee mentioned that the dog needs to be on the floor and that he could not be in my lap that has never been mentioned to me until this owner's response. One more thing to note is after the final interaction after Adrian walked off on me mid-conversation, I asked 3 different employees if they have had interactions with the owner and what those interactions were like, and all the responses I received were negative this paints a pretty clear picture for me. If you want to support a local business, go next door to the tavern, where the customers are appreciated!!

Downtown Diner is a typical diner with a 90s vibe! There's 2 menus, a breakfast and lunch/dinner. We came here for brunch and were quite satisfied. I had a south of the border skillet and other diners had pancakes. Home fries were delish and flavorful! Skillet was big and filling. Our server, Alex, was very sweet and was very attentive. All in all this place was very nice.

Burnt and yet cold toast. Silverware in the food already when brought to the table. Spoon in the coffee. Waitress tossing condiments onto the table,. Scrambled eggs well doesn't mean dry and somehow cold. Spend your money elsewhere

Great old fashioned diner with great breakfast options. My husband tried the Dutch baby, and I had a more traditional breakfast platter. The great atmosphere and friendly staff.
