I felt disgusted when I was going tk order and seeing all those maggot bugs flying around the donuts and then when I go to order the guy gave me a hard time before I changed my mind from getting food right just and drink and it was just watered down.

Never again will i come to a rude dunkins donuts again especially because of the choice of milk i want for my drink that i get allll the damn timee.... the manager is foolish & should be fired as well yelling & disrespecting his employees on top of telling them to ignore a customer that came through drive thru because a drink was made incorrectly and i'm not from Fl an the fact a customer is telling you something is made wrong & your fighting them... the fact the children go there regularly and that the guy running the place rude disrespectful will be taking this to corperate!!!!

Sad to see the lack of customer service at this Dunkin. Not only did they not bother to greet me while inside being that there were NO customers other than myself. I stood there 15 minutes without a single person asking how they could help me only to be told the drink I ordered was not available. When they changed it for another drink, my cup was not even to the top. Since when do we pay for a drink only for it not to be full to the top expecting that to be what we pay for. Might as well change the size of the cup at that rate. Couldn’t even compensate for the inconvenience appropriately. I ordered a toasted bagel and instead got a non-toasted cold bagel. Overall highly disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service from Patrice and Von
The girl with the braids is drinking coffee and dropping droplets while she make herself a personal coffee by customers drinks
The women in the red wing screams at the young man with longer hair I think his James in front of a entire full building it was so degrading that the women in front of us left the building.
The girl with the braids talked about her doctors appointment and her genitals while she is making others drinks.
The one with the red wig shouts how she’s clocked out and not going to help the poor young man.
He’s running between the ice cream line and the donuts and coffee line
She humiliated him in front of a ton of customers and he was the nicest and most respectful man
While the others either glare or ignore the customers.
I understand the food and beverage industry is intense but in such a busy location it’s heartbreaking to see a young man who is clearly a hard worker be spoken down to in the most condescending way
She had no right to scream at him across the building because one of his ice cream scoops was bigger then the other
If she needs to address minor things like that it needs to be in a more respectful manor
Also her improper use of Spanish to express frustration is uncomfortable
Also while she reprimanded him in front he said he understood and she just kept dragging this on.
I really hope this behavior gets corrected because I doesn’t matter who you are or what occupation you hold how he was treated is unacceptable in every way especially when he is running drive thru and taking orders at both counters.

I just want to remind everyone to be kind truly kind. Because the truth is, you never know what someone else is carrying or going through.

Yesterday, 12/6, I was running late to a funeral. I hadn’t eaten or had anything to drink, and I just needed something small to settle my stomach. I placed my order through the app or so I thought, but when I pulled up, nothing had gone through.

The young lady at the window could’ve easily told me to circle back around, reorder, and get in line again… but she didn’t. Instead, she guided me to a parking spot and said, “When your order comes through, I’ll bring it out.”

As I tried to figure out what went wrong, I realized the billing address linked to my card wasn’t updated. While I was fixing it, Ms. Joy walked out to my car to check on me. She didn’t rush me, she didn’t dismiss me, she just wanted to be sure I was okay and that the order would go through.

By that point, I was already holding back tears. It was an emotional day, and my anxiety was high. But Ms. Joy… her patience, kindness, and calm presence made all the difference. She turned what could’ve been a frustrating moment into a gentle reminder that kindness still exists.

So thank you, Ms. Joy. Your compassion mattered more than you know.

This Dunkin’ location is by far the worst I’ve encountered. My mobile order coffee was just sitting there, and despite asking for it, I was completely ignored. It was clearly labeled with my name, yet no one acknowledged it. This level of service is unacceptable.

This location was slammed busy. Do not let that deter you. I ordered on the app from the back of the line and it was ready in 4 minutes. They were fully staffed and working like a well-oiled machine. Very impressive.

I had a great experience at Dunkin’ thanks to the outstanding customer service from Connor and Andrew. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. Staff is disrespectful and rude. When you work with costumers you need to know how to treat them and know they’re always right whether you like it or not. I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with a BIT of ice, the lady filled it up with ice it was basically ice with a bit of the coffee, when I went to tell a staff, the lady at front that attended me told me “you didn’t ask for that” when I did ask for that and she confirmed with me that they would put a bit of ice. I paid $5.49 for this. This is unacceptable I rather go to Starbucks that at least they fix the drinks without issue.

Service was surprisingly quick at this Dunkin.
The drive thru line was very long so the fact that we ordered for walk-in pick up and it was ready after two minutes was very surprising.

Sadly the coffee we ordered tasted like chemicals, but I think it's out fault we chose bad flavors.

The location is cute on the inside too.
It's a Baskin x Dunkin and it's visually appealing.
