Tired going here twice. Twice my order was wrong on different days and both male employees had attitude problems. If I’m spending $6 on a macchiato, it needs to be done correctly. The second time I just got my money back. Please go to a different place to get coffee!!

The 30-minute wait for a refresher is quite unexpected. I would recommend driving an additional 10 minutes to another Dunkin' location, as the wait time here is consistently long. While the staff member who served me was very kind, the overall service was notably slow, which can be inconvenient if you have other commitments.

Yesterday, 11/3/24 I didn't have time for sit-down breakfast and stopped at this Dunkin to grab 2 drink and some food via the drive-thru. When we arrived at the window Ryan handed us our drink but told us to move forward to stop sign and wait as our food items (3 in total) were being worked on. Roughly 10 mins pass and Ryan came out with the food but the bag contained only 1 items and it was not 1 of the 3 items we ordered. Ryan took out receipt and the bag back and told us he be right back. 15 minutes later, I had enough and went into the store where I talked with another employee, who then he went to talk Ryan. Ryan was clearly overwhelmed with everything going on, so I asked to speak with a manager. When I tried to explain the situation to she keep talking over me and telling me I was wrong about when I ordered the food. Took no accountability, was rude, gave me a partial refund and then took the food we had been waiting on and threw it in the trash.

Great customer service....NOT

Also while this was going on another customer had been waiting for a drink, which was made complete wrong.

The manager at this location clearly does not know how to train the employees, who all seemed overwhelmed.

I thought I would try the six dollar meal deal for the first time. The egg was cold. The sandwich was made on a croissant, not on a bagel like in the picture and no one mentioned that was an option to choose. The hashbrowns were soggy, but honestly, they always are. and the hazelnut sweetener for the coffee adds no sweetness whatsoever. I tried calling them to give them the feedback and their phone just rang & rang!

ordered through the drive through and a girl with blue-green hair was taking my order. i get everyone has bad days but her attitude and energy overall was very negative. i get no one wants to be at work all day but in customer service you should learn to fake a good mood:)

Ordered inside. Ordered a plain bagel with vegetable cream cheese on the SIDE. Received a raisin bagel with the cream cheese on it. Asked for medium iced coffee with 2 cream 3 Splenda, received it as iced coffee with 1 Splenda 2 cream. Just a waste of money.
The person at the register seemed very new and not trained.

TOURISTS BEWARE! Look for a different Dunkin Donuts shop! This place is hit or miss. I was staying in the area for a few days and I went in for a quick cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich 2 days in a row. The staff on Sept 18th was very efficient. I was in and out without a hiccup. The staff on Sept 19th was completely different from the day before. The next day it took almost 30 minutes just to get to the cashier and place my order. I can't believe how long it took just to place my order! Especially since I was only the second person on the line! I expected to be in and out as fast as the previous day. Not only did the cashier not speak english but he did not know the name of anything on the menu. It must have been his first day or week on the job. Putting him on the cash register during the morning rush hour was a poor managerial decision. Although he didn't really know what he was doing he was polite and we finally got through placing the order thanks to the polite coworker with the red hair. The reason I am writing this negative review is because when I requested salt and pepper for my for my breakfast sandwich and sugar for my coffee the male dressed in all black working the drive thru told me that their store doesn't stock salt, pepper or sugar. I told him I was just there yesterday at the same exact time and was given salt, pepper and sugar. for my take out order. He said well I don't know what to tell you because we don't stock salt, pepper or sugar at this store. He actually called me a liar right in front of the store manager. When I asked to speak with the manager (female dressed in all black standing right next to him) he laughed at me and said that's her right there. "Tell her whatever you want" is what he said to me. When I spoke with her she simply bent down and pulled out a box from right under the counter where I was pickup up my order and it was full of salt, pepper and sugar packets that are normally out for customers to use. She seemed completely indifferent to my dissatisfaction with the service of her rude employee. She told me here, take all of the salt and pepper you want as if she just wanted to get rid of me. She made no eye contact with me when I was addressing my concerns. She stated she would talk to him in a very unconvincing tone. He was literally was standing there laughing as if he knows she won't say or do anything about his rudeness. That's is why I felt the need to give this store a negative review. This store only exists because the tourists who stay in the area. They don't care about repeat business and don't deserve our patronage. I believe excellent customer service is paramount in the service industry and this was a very negative experience.
