Very bad attention, there is an atmosphere of tension and stress in the employees, they work with a lot of discouragement, there is no smile and a pleasant welcome treatment here. I ordered and paid for a “café con leche” and I received a coffee almost without any milk and also the croissants were a little burned... this is the lack of a good policy of the Human Resources department of Dunkin’ Donuts and its incentive plan for its employees, because I have also seen this situation in other of its stores????

Worst customer service in Orlando. 20 mins for two drinks. There were 3 customers and 6 staff but. The staff all standing around with no direction. No-one seemed to know how to make the drinks as they were asking each other what to do. No direct acknowledgement of the delay but staff were talking about how embarrassing it was.

Why is this store so slow and disorganized? The slowest part of the day and I'm still waiting in line after 35 minutes. Why does this store never have donuts? It's a donuts shop for God sakes. Seriously, get a new management team.
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced in my life. RUDE woman in the drive thru should be fired immediately. I have never seen anything like what I just went through. Tried calling the location they won't answer the phone. What a horrible Dunkin. Zero that's what this place is. Just left there without my order I am blown away.

The Dunkin' location in Celebration is fast and friendly. The drive thru experience was excellent. Munchkins were fresh. Coffee was delicious and served with a smile. Please note that Google Maps is a little off if you're trying to find the drive-thru. Once you are close, just use common sense and ignore the incorrect left-right references.
