We were absolutely blown away by our experience with Euphoria Fish house service. Not only was the food incredible—bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented —but the level of service we received was truly exceptional.
As someone with celiac disease, eating out can be nerve-wracking, but Chef Ces immediately put us at ease. What amazed us most was that he personally came out to our table to go over the menu and carefully explain which dishes could be safely accommodated gluten-free. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail made all the difference and allowed me to enjoy the meal without worry.
Every bite was unforgettable— This experience wasn’t just a meal—it was a memory. If you’re looking for outstanding food, genuine hospitality, and a chef who truly cares about his guests, Chef Ces is in a league of his own. Highly, highly recommended!

Absolutely love this place! Our server Brian was top notch. He was very attentive, had a great sense of humor, and great customer service skills. He messed with us so much that my daughter turn the table and got him back 🤣. The food was yummy! I got the salmon with spinach on top, asparagus and potatoes. Everything was excellent. An unforgettable experience. I wish I could give more than five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The manager was attentive, our server Wendy was incredibly kind and thoughtful, and Chef Matthew went above and beyond.
This was, without question, the best dining experience we’ve had when it comes to accommodating food allergies (specifically celiac and peanut). Chef Matthew personally met with us, reassured our daughter, and offered to make her anything she wanted. Not only was her meal absolutely delicious, but he treated her with such kindness and respect—she felt like a princess, or in her words, “like Taylor Swift” ordering dinner.
The care and joy he brought to the experience made a lasting impact—not just on her, but on all of us. Everyone’s meal was fantastic, but it was the way our daughter was made to feel that truly set the evening apart. As we were leaving, our 12-year-old told us that dinner was the highlight—or “rose”—of her day. That moment melted my heart.

I had an amazing experience at Euphoria Fish House in Margaritaville, Kissimmee, FL. The atmosphere was vibrant and relaxing — the perfect setting for a vacation. But what truly made the the days/nights stand out were the incredible bartenders, Jamie and Al Rick.
Both Jamie and Al were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their energy behind the bar was amazing. They made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down.
The food was also fantastic — fresh, and flavorful.
If you’re in the area, Euphoria Fish House is a must-visit, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Jamie and Al Rick. Great food, amazing drinks, and even better service — what more could you ask for!
My wife and Had I had dinner there last night . You talk about false advertising trust me it’s not a romantic restaurant to go on a date. The French onion soup was not good at all. The salads were good but very small amounts. We had there WAGYU BURGER one being plant base with mashed potatoes. The burgers came out before the mashed potatoes. The burgers were not that good. The mashed potatoes were good.The waitress was ok but I could of saved a lot of money and had a better meal at Chili I would not recommend this place at all. David

Be mindful of trying to place to go orders at the bar. First, they don’t pick up the phone when trying to order ahead. I ordered two hamburgers, medium, and received these barely cooked burgers. Also messed up a couple side orders but managed to mess that up as well. A lot of other options in the area besides this place.

We LOVED our server Debra! She was super attentive and with picky kids took time out her day to assist with food recommendations for the 11-14yr old age group. The food was fresh and amazing but our server made our experience! Our order was made of the Waygu burger (10/10), shrimp scampi (8/10 - due to size not taste), fish and chips (10/10), 2 orders of chocolate ice cream (10/10 - rich and creamy) and a glass of red blend wine Baby Blue? (10-10). Mother’s Day 2025.

It was nice having such a lovely restaurant within walkable distance or a short drive to the main lobby area. $$$ Prices are a little higher but comparable to local higher end restaurants in Orlando and the food was delicious.
